Bought 2013 corvette on line didn’t see it but took there word on condition all lies do not buy anything from them total crooks sold me a car with dry rotted tires it was recked front end bottomed out really un truthful dealer

They set the bar on giving the Automobile Dealerships a

They set the bar on giving the Automobile Dealerships a bad reputation....sent numerous requests for a vehicle (TRUCK) I was interested in purchasing. I advised them I have a hearing impairment that makes phone conversation difficult. End of Story...no reply what so ever....Worst experience ever

I drove 159 miles to look at a GMC Sierra SLE that I was

I drove 159 miles to look at a GMC Sierra SLE that I was interested in purchasing. My salesman Tyler was fantastic. He was upfront about the price and what the dealership had paid for the vehicle. Very transparent on everything. Explained everything in detail and answered my questions. Polite, professional, and made me feel like family. Tyler told me how he started from cleaning cars until Mr. Sarchione offered him a sales position. Tyler loves his job and it shows. I also worked with Jason in the finance department and he did everything he could to get me the best deal available with the financing. I came in pre-approved with another bank and he crushed their interest rate. Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. No pressure sale and no pressure for the extras that are available. It's well worth the drive and be sure to ask for Tyler.

My vehicle was in for service due to an engine light and

My vehicle was in for service due to an engine light and loss of power steering. I was told by dealership my vehicle needed $5000 worth of parts and labor and it would take 6 to 8 months to get part. I waited almost two months and could not get anything in writing for the estimate from the dealer. I felt like I was being lied to so I had my vehicle towed to a different mechanic. They fixed my Silverado in one day for only $600! It’s running great now. What’s even better is my truck did not even need any of the parts Sarchione told me it needed. Sarchione just wanted to make a big payday off of me. The worst deception I have ever experienced. I would worn customers not to go to their service department you will not get a straight answer and they are not honest!
