Outstanding Customer Service

We are very hard to sell anything to. Terry made us feel like our thoughts and concerns were important with no hassles. The sales manager and the finance gentleman were vere professional and quick. This was the first time we didn't spend the majority of our day trying to buy a vehicle. We finally found a dealership in Nebraska that made us feel comfortable. Mark V. - exceptional sales rep for Copple

Highly recommend this dealership. We delt with Mrk V. buying our new Acadia. He gave us a great deal with no high-pressure sales tactics. He was very friendly and patient when trying to process the military GMC discount. He even spent time helping me set up my phone along with all the apps on the car and explaining the different accessories. Talk about service, he even called me a week after the sale to see if I had any questions and told me if I did to not hesitate to call him. THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE!!

Will lie right to your face

Just purchased a Tacoma from this dealership. I drove 500 miles to find out the truck had way more rust than sales guy presented. The dealer stated they inspected the truck and nothing was wrong with it. However, upon independent inspection, it needed over $1,000 in just parts/bushing damaged from rust. They also advertised the truck with backup camera, which didn't work and the glovebox wouldn't close. Don't buy anything from this dealer without it being independently checked, they will lie right to your face about what's wrong with the vehicle.

Great Truck, Knowledgeable staff

I purchased a very clean used GMC from them this last weekend, it was a very busy day at the dealership and I felt very welcome. I worked with Greg Dudley who easily explained how all the electronic systems worked and was very helpful through out the entire buying process. The next time my wife or I are in the market for a vehicle we will be stopping by Copple again.

Great guys to work with

Looked at the pickup late Friday and Greg Dudley was willing to stay as late as needed. Price was fair and made appointment for Saturday morning. Roland Lipins gave a little more for the trade in than we expected. Chris Power was very easy to do all the paperwork with. Best experience buying a car I have had it 40 years of doing it.

Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with!

Greg our salesman was very easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and very helpful in getting it set up for us. We have never had a better car buying experience! We will be back!

CROOKS - DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME

They lied to us so many times I cant even keep track. We drove to Louisville to test drive a car get there and find out it has an oil leak. They say they are going to fix it at no charge to us. Then a week later not only did they not fix it the car needs a new engine and they want us to pay for it. WHAT??? Then we check our bank account and they cashed the $500 check they said would never be cashed it was just a HOLD. Mind you we have no vehicle from them at this point and the car that were were going to purchase has a bad engine. They are desperate for money and will do anything to take it from you....RUN!!!
