Aldofo Rodriguez upgrade program

What can I say about my experience it’s was fabulous he’s was great i have never meet such a great hard worker like aldofo great access to all Nissan especially in New Rochelle

Great staff that went above and beyond

Errol Reid was my salesman, had an excellent experience with him. Got me what I wanted at the price I was looking for. I thought I rated him really well, but I got a call saying there was a mix up in the ratings. I am furious that this has happened when he deserves a raise for his efforts that he has done for me. Nissan, if you are listening, DO NOT let go of this guy. I am begging you, he is the best salesman I have ever worked with. He will bring you more customers, he was pleasant, patient and dedicated to get me the car I want.

Did everything to work with me

When I got there I was met by one of there sales men names Dominic. Dominic did everything in his power to make sure I got what I wanted and that I was happy when I left. He help me work out everything with my bank and I ended up with a great car.

new car

Adolfo and Debbie are the best people, very professional, pleasant, and efficient.. I recommend them if you are going to buy a car. They put me in my new 2020 Rogue and i love it!

My former dealer where I purchased my 2016 Altima recently went out of business a few months ago (I was unaware). My information was then transferred to Nissan of New Rochelle. I received a call from sales person Deborah White regarding a possible trade-in. My wife and I went in on Saturday December 20th. The entire staff was very friendly and the place was like a family atmosphere. Deborah White was phenomenal. They gave us a great deal on a trade-in and we walked out with a 2020 Nissan Rogue SV (awesome color I might add). Every person we interacted from Deborah White to Ray in finance to every sales manager was extremely friendly. Great atmosphere. Great Place. I highly recommend Nissan of New Rochelle

Great overall experience!

Deborah White is an excellent sales rep and knows her vehicles! I went to the dealer to find a 2019 Nissan Leaf SL and got the exact car that I was looking for. Thank you for your hospitality, professionalism and care. I am very pleased with my car and the price that went with the car too. I would like to thank Ray Sanchez, the finance rep as well for making this deal happen when it seemed almost like it wasn't going to happen. Will definitely recommend this dealer and the great people there too but for sure go to Deborah, as she definitely knows her electric cars.

horrible people

I went there to see if they had anything pre-owned and an older car. they did not tell me before hand that they did not have anything like that and so I completely wasted my time going there.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER AND SPECIALLY JASON

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealer!!!! They will care about you only for time they try to get you "the best deal" after that forget about mr nice sales person or manager. I'm on my 7th day waiting for a refund that hasnt come and the sales person dissapeared, always "busy with another costumer" but as soon as I got there, no costumer. Avoid giving your card to them because if you change your mind they will make walk through xxxx to give you back your money.
