Good experience all around. Everyone was very nice. This was my second vehicle I purchased from this dealership. I did feel pressured a bit to buy the extended warranty which I did and now regret. That added 3g I could've used elsewhere.

W&L Subaru is the most customer-friendly dealership I've ever dealt with. It couldn't be any easier to take your vehicle in for service. You drive up to one of the two big garage doors and it automatically opens. You pull into the service area, and a service rep comes over to take your name and keys. Then you wait in their great waiting area until your vehicle is finished. They also wash your vehicle before returning it to you. Their roomy waiting area offers coffee, espresso, and a variety of cold drinks and water. They also have a separate waiting area designed especially for children.

A good place to visit. There is plenty of room to wait for your vehicle and not worry about covid, seating laid out well and there is a service bar in the customer waiting area.
