Had an outstanding experience, sales person Karen

Had an outstanding experience, sales person Karen Samuels at Paul Miller assisted me effortlessly and efficiently in my car purchase. She gave me all info over phone and via text in advance, responding promptly. In person my experience was equally smooth and enjoyable. She did an excellent job. Very happy with aftercare from a sales perspective and the follow up she provided. If you prefer dealing with a woman sales person ask for Karen. You’ll get professional, precise and efficient service. Joe was also friendly and professional, furthermore, the team detailed and cleaned my new car and fueled up in no time I was out of the dealership much faster than I anticipated- especially given it was a busy Saturday.

This dealer was super customer friendly and they really made the whole process run smoothly. Claudia was exceptional in sales. She offered a lot of help and was very thoughtful but not overly solicitous, so it was always very pleasant. Jose in finance was also super friendly and easy. Thanks, we live our new Audi !!!

Do not trust this dealership!

Do not trust this dealership! I saw the car online I was interested in it and it specified 2022 ILX TECH AND A SPEC. Seamus Twhig my salesman knew nothing about the car. What he emailed me prior to my visit today specified it was a premium and he couldn’t figure out why because he claimed it was tech w a spec. Mind you I’ve research this car for over a year when I drove 2.5-3 hrs w a bank check and 10 stacks I new it wasn’t a tech pack after my test drive and observing the features because it didn’t have the features a tech pack has. I asked him why didn’t you do your research if you’re trying to sell a car. His lame response was “ I don’t specify in Acura! Wow! If you gonna sell an Acura you do your research as I’ve done mine. The car had some scratches I get that, it’s used I can get them buffed out . The side skirt on one side was missing a clip to hold it in place. And the passenger front tire had a huge chunk missing from the sidewall that he claimed he didn’t know, which would not pass inspection in PA. Yet he claimed “ it’s in immaculate condition!” But above all he claims it was a premium with tech and A spec package which was not the case. So when I decided to negotiate for xxxxs and giggles, they were asking $23,495 with 25,283K miles. He was just very rude not wanting to budge and I asked for his Maneger . His Maneger came and basically insulted me by saying they will only drop $200 for the tire. They both were completely rude inexperienced not even knowing what packages came with the car they were selling and not even trying to meet me in the middle. After the fact they didn’t even know what car it was that they were selling and the imperfections and gave me a big slap in my face with only $200 off for the tire. Well, that doesn’t cover getting the tire ordered and having it put on. This dealership is unprofessional, inexperienced in knowledgeable if their autos and does not work well with customers from my experience today. I highly recommend that you do not have any dealings with this Buisness as they do not know the make and models they only make them up to make a sale and refuse to work with their customers in anyway.
