Ron great service advisor

Had my mustang serviced and also bought a set of tires..I worked with Ron Kiefer he helped me find the right tires for my car and also help me fill out my rebate forms when I picked up car. .car was clean..another great thing donleys does is drop you off at work and pick you up.

General Manager

They were prompt in getting my vehicle in the service department, completing the service and returning the vehicle to me after the it was washed. The service manager reviewed the complete service report with me before I left. I was very pleased with this 37,500 mile service check. I even went to the showroom during the service time and began the process of looking for a new vehicle to lease or purchase when my current lease expires in August 2015.

Trusted Staff

I purchased a 2009 Ford Escape last summer. I am really enjoying the car. This is the fourth car I have purchased through one of the Donley dealerships. I feel I can trust the service department to do the regular maintenance on the car at reasonable prices, but more importantly, the check on other parts of the car is vitally important. For example, I am recently widowed, so I need someone I can trust to give me information. This week they told me to expect that at my next visit, I will need to have work done on my brakes. That information is good to know so I can save up money, plus be conscientus about if the brakes are getting soft.
