They show you a video to show you underbelly of vehicle- checking tires, if you have leaks, etc. I love that. They don't try and get you over for money. They will tell you if something needs fixed before they fix it. Friendly staff. Waiting room is excellent as they have a play space for kids, drinks (coffee or water), TV, and magazines to look at.

Damage fixed, damage done
The body shop changed the damaged part on time, and the work was done well. However, when I got it back, my car had a lot of little white spots on the front, which were not present before. These were paint damages, which uncovered the white primer below the color. Some of them were so evident that someone tried to cover them up with paint (badly). These spots were not present in the photos they took when I left the car for them. However, the lady declared that she could not zoom in on the photos (taken from an IPad), and there was no conclusive evidence that the body shop did the damage. After talking with the manager for 10 minutes in the back (I believe I heard somebody laughing, but I may be wrong), she came back, and she said that when they have a moment, they will look at the camera footage and will contact me again. Of course, I have never heard from them since then.

Salesman very dishonest, trying to give me touch
Totally regret buying a car here. Salesman micheal was dishonest and deceitful. I bought a 2020 equinox, and paid extra for full bumper to bumper warranty. After getting home and finding bubble paint on the hood, scheduled appointment to have him offer touch up paint, would not repair the hood. Met 2 other employees in sales and service, and both were deceitful. Would not recommend anyone buying g a car here. I will be going to a different dealer in the future

Amazing Service
I had a problem with a very specific part and called my extended car warranty company and found it was covered. Stocker called the company and did all of the leg work to make sure that the repairs were completed at no cost to me.
