Great Sales Consultant

The knowledge, helpfulness, and friendliness of my sales consultant ( Jesus Pacheco ) was the main reason that I purchased at Diehl Automotive rather than somewhere else.

THE WORKMENSHIP WAS EXCELLENT AND FACILITIES CLEAN

Beyond horrible!

Quoted 7 to 10k for a engine on a 3500 ram. Wouldnt guarantee their work. No warranty at all. We were on a 3 way call and they forgot we were there and they spoke poorly about us. Super unprofessional. Took my credit card info to make a key, knowing we were having it towed out of there to somewhere else. Promised us that it would be ready. Then when we go to pick it up, they tell us oh by the way we cant make the key because the car wont start. That would have been fine if i would have been speaking to the receptionist. But i spoke to the man supposed to fix my car. Kinda scary that he didnt know that on the phone and tell me BEFORE he took my credit card. Thank goodness we took the car elsewhere. If they cant figure out how to program a key they have no business putting in an engine.....probably why they wont guarantee their work

great sales team

Kris smith was easy to work with and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I had a small appearance issue the service dept couldn't take care of and sales manager randy mulneix came up with a solution quickly and got it resolved in a timely manner. Thanks to the sales dept. for making everything go smoothly with no pressure.

Wrecked car repaired

Jason in the collision center was so very helpful and professional. The workmanship on our wrecked car was fixed in a timely manner.

Mike Morgan was very helpful in providing the information that was needed. Mrs Deihl the owner was down to earth and commented on my children being in the navy

Diehl lives up to their advertising

Tammy in Toyota service was able to politely, quickly, and accurately work on the issue I was having the day after Christmas. As I was traveling out of town for the next week, I was forced to make other arrangements to travel and Tammy graciously allowed my car to sit at Diehl for the next week. The service was a warranty issue and it went off without a hitch. I will remember that and communicate that to folks in my life. I bought a certified Toyota for a reason and the certification lived up to the hype. Diehl has earned my business and I will be back to purchase our next vehicle in a few months.
