Greatly Unsatisfied!

I'm not one to bash people, but my experience went so poorly I felt it necessary to put it on here so that the truth be out there. I found a car I loved and wanted it badly so I sat down and made a deal with a salesman. After 4 days of back and forth arguing with them, I bought the car only because I loved it, they didn't wash it, give me any gas, I got 1 set of keys and they refused to order me another set (also failed to tell me there was only 1 set), its missing a piece in the back that I was told was in service (they claim they can't find it and refused to order another one because "there's no room in this deal to make you happy." About the only thing I can say is thanks for having the car on your lot. Other than that, thanks for nothing. I've never been so insulted in my life.

I worked with Jeff on tuesday to get me into a car..he was alot of help to me to get me approved and into a car that same day. after over a month my wait was finally over waiting on a car..i just wanted to let everyone know what a great sales person he is and i will deff recommend to my friends and family.

New Jeep purchase
