This is the second car that we bought from Trevor Howery. The first time I was open to either new or used SUVs. He was able to show me what options I had and discussed the benefits of each. I ended up purchasing a new 2012 GMC Terrain. About a month ago, we came back to talk to Trevor about a vehicle that offered more space. We ended up with a 2016 GMC Acadia and absolutely love it. Driving a 2008 Buick Lucern-now looking for something more in SUV line. Bill Cook and Matt Steiner were such great help in our narrowing our choices to the Buick Envision. My wife came in to trade in our suv and looking for another one. Now we both knew that we were alittle upside down on my suv. I have been to several different dealerships prior to coming to this place. Staff was somewhat friendly. When we went to the salesman desk. My wife had a couple of vehicles she wanted to test drive. Sales 101 you never start backwards if you want to sell a car. well he did. they did our trade in value first. which was a low ball offer. I never except the first offer anyways. I told him no that it is a slap in the face offer. he said that it was the highest they will go. I told him they need to look at it again and he said nope that it was there final offer. my wife was not happy at all bc they had a couple of vehicles she wanted to test drive. they wouldn't even let us do that bc my trade in value wasn't high enough to even deal. Stay away from this place. I hope that they will change their attitude towards the customers in the future.
