I have always received the best personal service from DuTeau. It is also when I buy a vehicle that I have DuTeau service it. James Peiman and the entire group of service writers are always ready to hear my need for service and contact me with the necessary repairs and costs related to them. And a thank you to the shuttle drivers for the clean and comfortable transportation taking me to work and returning me the shop.

Great service and vehicle inspections and repairs. There were issues that were unknown to me but are critical to the safety of daily driving. The technician was very thorough which helps me to be confident in the DuTeau customer service team.

The service team continues to not be truthful with the service they provide and lie about prices. I have now been lied to on three separate occasions. They Also suggest services that are not needed just to make more money. Slimy group to work with. Not trust worthy at all. I will never do any work with this dealer.

Everyone at the Chevy dealership was amazing our salesperson Denise was awesome to myself and my wife Alyssa Denise is very knowledgeable courteous she has two ears and one mouth Denise understands and loves to help and loves to sell and loves to provide for her family

I took my truck in to get the heater fixed. The service guys replaced the wrong parts and could not fix what was wrong with the truck. After multiple visits to the facilimy vehicle left and worshipped and it was then when it arrived. They make excuse after excuse Of why it couldn't be repaired. The only thing that was wrong with it was a heater module relay That needed replaced and programmed. From service to the general manager I would not recommend this place at all. You'll have better luck with DIY. I did Have a breath wiser device in the vehicle which made it a little more challenging but they told me that they had that under control. Then they didn't and they sent it into a lockout mode and tried to blame me for it

I brought my car in to see what was wrong. My car was 9 years old & needed a lot of work. Decided not to put more money into it. Matt was very helpful. Provided me with a car for a week. Ron helped me with my new purchase. Very service oriented & professional. This was my 2nd car purchase from DuTeau

Mark was very helpful with my repair. He showed professionalism and kindness to me. My Truck was finished on time. Thank you for taking care of my Truck.

Had 8 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotate. We dropped the car off the night before. My daughter was told that she would be the first car done in the morning, 4 hours later her car was ready. She was told they had a lot of walk ins. Normally, walk ins would wait but not that day.

Very nice service and employees have used this Dealer for over 30 years
