Owner Nicholas Crivelli had sent me an email to remind

Owner Nicholas Crivelli had sent me an email to remind me, and my car was nagging me for an oil change. I called for an appointment and was invited to come in the very next day. It is always a pleasure to visit Crivelli's Chevy. Everyone from salesman George, secretaries Angela and Kathy, service department managers Tommy and James, and owner Nicolas, each greets me with a comment and a smile. Soon after enjoying a fresh, hot cup of coffee, the oil was changed and the tires were rotated with no charge. The first oil change and tire rotation are free on a new car purchased at Crivelli's. All being said and done, who could ask for more?

Liars!! They give you the run around and blame cov

Bunch of lying xxxxxxxx!!! Had my car more than 6 weeks to fix something that should’ve taken one. Complete xxxx show over there!!! Take your business to where you are appreciated. Don’t waste your time here.

Watch out for not knowing you lose half the battle

Service department is marginal at best unfortunately to say. I brought my car in for power assist problems after a small fender bender. The diagnosis cost was over 100 dollars and turns out they didn't run a full diagnostic with a physical inspection to go along with the computer diagnostic. They would have found the the shorted fuse I find on my own that fixed the issue for five bucks. They wanted to have me spend over a thousand for a new computer relay network component. So I'd watch out I'd you planned on going there for repairs if your vehicle is not under warranty. They might take you for a ride.
