We have leased 4 Subarus from this dealer. They are inflexible with the price, even when we leased the car the manager had, so it came with miles on it already, they would not negotiate. We were the fools and should have walked away. Subura of America charges you a 300. dollar fee to return the leased car! The dealer was enough but the long waits at the dealership for service, combined with the disorganization of the central subaru organization is enough for me to never want to drive them again. There are plently of all wheel drive cars out there, I suggest you look elsewhere for your next car. Lisa

Service department is very very disdainful of customers. From hour long waits just to drop a car, no evening drop off or pick up, to an extraordinarily rude receptionist these folks are just otally ignorant of what "customer service" means! Very sorry we purchased from them.While we have had great experience with local dealers for Acura and Infinit, even with vehicles we did not purchase from them, Gregoris Subaru service department is just plain rude.

Nick was ok--nice guy--but I guess they really did not...
Nick was ok--nice guy--but I guess they really did not want to sell me a car because I thought I was asking for a reasonable price(I got the car later at an even lower price without really haggling). But they told me that the color I wanted was more expensive because the car was built after the Tsunami in Japan had occurred and the color they wanted me to buy was built before and therefore less expensive. Whaaaat? Both cars were sitting on the lot... and I suppose they still are...

I have now leased three cars from Gregoris since I left...
I have now leased three cars from Gregoris since I left Kings Nissan(thankfully). I actually enjoy the experience of dealing with these guys, as they are honest and friendly and don't try to screw you. They aim to please and are reliable in every way. I remember Joe Deo (their manager) from his days at Kings and he treats me as a valued customer which I appreciate. Susan the Sales Manager is a pleasure to deal with. She doesn't try to snow you with a lot of B.S. She comes up with a fair price which is what I asked her for when I first met her. I don't know if I could save an extra ten or fifteen dollars a month going somewhere else (I have five dealers closer to my home in Brooklyn), but it is not worth the pain and headache of dealing with some of the loses in this business. Deal with Gregoris and you will be happy, you can thank me at some future time. I plan on using them exclusively in the future and suggesting them to people I really care about.
