Excellent service, on time appointment, kept up to date on status. Very comfortable waiting area with TV and internet available. Took less than an hours in and out the door

James dept. is excellent. However, the service dept is the worst I have Ever experienced! Made an appointment for 6 month old new car for oil change and computer update 2 weeks in advance in at 8am still not ready at 5pm even though it was promised early afternoon. When questioned why, answer was there were cars ahead of me. Not an isolated experience.
