I was welcomed and treated it very well at Crown Cadillac
I was welcomed and treated it very well at Crown Cadillac Freddy was very helpful and explained what was wrong with my vehicle however they try to repair it but they still need another part and it Is on order the only thing I wasn’t happy about was that it may take longer than what I thought to Repair. Hopefully the part comes in soon and it will be repaired shortly.

Once I was able to talk to the service representative I was given an appointment for that day or two days later. Great place to have your vehicle serviced. Sales department Not the most welcoming or friendly. Salesman says to go online to get tradin value, while there to purchase a new Vehicle. Left and purchased vehicle a different dealership that gave a on spot appraisal for a trade. Never heard of that before. Go online to get trade in appraisal.

Just for the record I recently bought a used 2021 Escalade from Crown back in 2022. I also relocated to North Carolina 2 years later after purchasing the Escalade. On my recent trip back to NJ, I contacted my sales rep, Cynthia and told her that I wanted to upgrade my vehicle. She went above and beyond to satisfy my desires by finding my dream car which is the 2025 Sport Platinum Escalade only package. If you are looking for any Cadillac, I recommend you contact Cynthia at Crown and she will make you very happy in making sure you drive out of there with the desires of your heart ❤️ 💙 💜 Thanks Cynthia
