Oil change and tire check
I called on 8/3/2023 for service to my 2022 Encore GX- specifically for an oil change and issues with my front right tire being low. Nathan took my call and I told him I was going to be taking a 2.5 hour drive Friday evening. He was able to get me in Friday morning. Arrived for appointment and only wait about 30 minutes. They even washed off my car! Thank you Nathan/Service Department.

AVOID WRIGHT GMC IN WEXFORD
I will never go to the dealer again for vehicle repairs. They are all a bunch of crooks! Took my truck to the dealership to get my AC leak fixed. They ran the dye through it to find the leak. They told me it was going to be $1200 to replace the condensor (thats where they found "the leak") ordered a condensor and took it to Nivens Automotive in Baden. Dave replaced the condensor. There were no signs of a leak in my old condensor. Pressure tested the system, and its still leaking badly. Turns out my issue is a simple bad schrader valve. A $10 part and takes less than a minute to replace. 🤬 All i can say is SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL AUTO SHOP! UPDATE: I went to see the manager today and as expected he refused to do anything or work with me in any way. He refused to look at my old condensor to see there were no leaks, and would not even refund the money they charged me for the diagnostic. The bottom line is he knew there was nothing wrong with it.

Doesn’t care about customer experience
Knowing that new inventory is in demand I have been looking for a particular model for some time. I visited their website and found one was in transit, which I inquired and was told they would contact me as soon as it is delivered. Several days later driving by the lot I see it was delivered, I did not receive a call. After stopping at the lot and discussing the vehicle with a sales associate I expressed interest to purchase and stated I just needed to return home to get the vehicle I was planning to trade. I asked if I could put a deposit on the vehicle and return later that day and was told that couldn’t happen. In less than 1.5 hrs they sold the vehicle to someone else. What ever happens to customer experience? I am pretty loyal to companies that provide good experience and would have likely bought a number of vehicles in future years. I wouldn’t recommend buying a vehicle here as imagine if you had an issue and it’s this poor of an experience buying a vehicle! Just wanting to do my part so that others shopping can look at other dealers in the area that provide better experience and service…which are not that far away.

Sir, We're sorry that you would not recommend us. Had you had the vehicle you wished to trade in initially, things likely would have turned out differently. As you mentioned, new vehicles are somewhat scarce right now and this one was in particular demand. We're never sure when someone tells us they're coming back, if they're actually coming back...so when we had someone came in after you left ready to buy we did not turn that customer down. Always tough when 2 customers want the same vehicle, but the customer that came in on your heels was ready to go.

First inspection
