I went to pick up my new car l leased and return the car
I went to pick up my new car l leased and return the car lease that the dealer was taking back from me on April 1, 2024 and brought a check for the full amount and gave it to the dealership in good faith. After waiting about two hours, they told me the car was not there, so I left the dealership with the car I was supposed to return to them and they kept the check. I followed up with them for two weeks until I received my car on April 15, 2024. During that time, I incurred a lot of extra mileage on the car I was supposed to return and also a late fee as a payment was not made on time, and the car was not returned on time. After being hounded by Mercedes financial, I told them it’s not my responsibility because the dealership did not deliver my car on time so they should be paying for the excess mileage and the late fee. Mercedes financial contacted the dealership Refused to take responsibility for this so again Mercedes financial is hounding me on this matter I have tried reaching out to the dealership by phone and by text And I do not receive any responses. This is affecting my credit and it’s really wrong for the dealership to act this way therefore, if there was an option of no star rating that is what I would give them, but since one star is the lowest that is what I am posting

Idk where to start, but I have heard that this MB location got the BEST customer service compared to other MB dealers all over Brooklyn, so I thought to give them a try and let me say they did not disappoint, a service advisor by the name [Gary Marajh] went above and beyond handling my case, he’s polite and knowledgeable and treated my car with lots of care, dealing with him was a breeze! Make sure to ask for GARY, he will not disappoint, I promise!!

Came to an agreed price to lease a vehicle , at a certain cap cost, dealer then marked up the car with a $5000 coating , he said was included , had me sign all kinds of waivers I’ve never seen before , I should’ve walked out there. Found the charge on the back of one of the pages , had the dealer email me the extra charges they did not give me a copy of , then found out they marked up th rate ,even though I have AAA rating . These people give a bad name to MB and Brooklyn.

If I can, I don't want give any star on this review! I recently purchased a 2023 GLE350, as time went by, I have been told by so my friends and relatives that I over paid a lot on this car, I paid the original price plus the "Market Value adjustment ", after Covid, dealers can charge different amount on the"Market Value Adjustment". I just found out that, the other people purchased the same mode of car, in the same time as my, our "Market value adjustment" price is $10,000 higher, so when you guys looking for buying cars, have to go to different places to check, to compare before purchase..... that's my bad purchased experience at Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn. Some dealer, different brand name's car, they don't charge on the Market Value Adjustment" anymore..... but I found out too late..... good luck to the people who's looking for purchase car.... Hope my experience can help.....

Had purchased new car from other MB dealership about 3
Had purchased new car from other MB dealership about 3 weeks ago. Issue involving check coolant light that kept coming on. Didn't want to drive all the way to Jersey dealership where I purchased the vehicle in case something serious was wrong. Decided to go close to my house at MB of Brooklyn. Apparently, one needs appointment unless dealership deems it an emergency. Next availability wasn't until beginning of December. Luckily, I met MIKE ALESSANDRINI, the service manager.He listened to my problem patiently and helped me with my problem. He understood I didn't want to leave the car if nothing was seriously wrong and knew I couldn't wait almost a month to diagnose the problem and leave the car laid up in the meantime. He came up with a solution and had me on my way. I just want to say thanks to him because I believe he went above and beyond.
