A great deal at Jerry Spady.

we were very happy with our experience at Jerry Spady. Our salesman, Dashawn Dixon, was very friendly and helpful. He was able to answer our questions as we picked out a car and purchased it. Dashawn even called afterwards to check on how the car was doing for us. We will probably shop there again.

Proud owners of SSR

What a great place to work with, Bryce, Justin, and Tom you are the best. We went there to look at a SSR, which we fell in love with. Through many of hiccups we were able to walk away with the SSR. Thanks for everything you did to make that happen, The experience was great. Thanks again you went above and beyond.

Satisfied

We had a great experience, the salesman Dan Fallier was very knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy. And Tom the sales manager made us feel like family, everyone stayed until after nine at night to make sure everything was done properly. Will definitely be back.

Don’t buy from shady Spady

I would look for another dealership they have have no loyalty. Was looking for a new suburban the owner Greg tells me I will order you one and take care of you in the process. That was June 2021 and I put down a deposit but GM wouldn’t allow orders at that time as they were retooling for the 2022 models. They wrote down my order and said that I would be first on the list for placing order. September 2021 call late Friday and say they can place order but want to go over order. Monday I call and they tell me they already placed order for us. They screwed up and ordered a tahoe instead of the suburban they had wrote down. Now they were only allocated three suv vehicles so we had to wait till those showed up and and we’re sold by the dealership. December 2021 finally able to order suburban. 2/8/22 11:03am get call the vehicle is here. Now they finally will tell me pricing. I told them I needed to talk to my wife and would get back with them on Wednesday 2/9/22. 2/9/22 10:38am I send salesman text message to have the owner Greg call me that I had some questions. No response so I text the owner 2/10/22 11:43am to call me that I have questions. 2/10/22 12:04 I call the salesman with no answer and voicemail is full. 2/11/22 1:52pm I send a text to the salesman checking to make sure he is ok. 2/12/22 9:44am I call the dealership and ask for David. I get his voicemail and left a message. 2/12/22 11:42am get text message that states “ Curt, my general manager sold the suburban this last Wednesday. We had to have our allocation at zero to get another unit. I did not hear back from you that Tuesday night. And the deal we gave you was the best deal possible for this time period. I apologize, and wish there was more I could have personally done. But it was out of my control.” This is some service they offer. Beware

Dan the best car man!!!

If your in the market for a new or even new to you go check out the selection at Jerry Spady and ask for salesman Dan Fallier, you won’t be sorry. We have worked with Dan several times now and buy a car every time. Recently our family has purchased three vehicles from Dan just this year alone. If your looking for a down to earth honest salesman that is not pushy and is going to treat you right then Dan is your man. The relationship with Dan doesn’t stop after you purchase your car either Dan with continue to keep in contact with you making sure things are going smoothly with no issues, he will even set up your service appointments for you if you would like him to he goes the extra mile. By far the best guy for the job. Dans definitely our car man !!

Unexpected Surprise!

I initially went in to look for a smaller, higher gas mileage vehicle and thanks to the no pressure sales consultant Monica ,I found a gem and I am happy! From Sales Manager Tom to finance Manager Dani and the whole team and I don't use this loosely, it seemed as though everyone was smiling and happy. I am a repeat customer and as long as it stays this way at the dealership, I will continue to come back!!

Staff Members

My car needed some work. I realized on the way there that something else needed worked on. I mentioned it and politely said, “if they have time.” They finished checking me in and I went up front. The red-head young man that is in the back called up front to the gal up front in the show room and to tell her to tell me they weren’t going to do the extra checking bc it wasn’t on the schedule and I could hear him raising his voice at her through the phone being so very disrespectful. I can’t stand it when other staff members treat others that way. The gentleman that actually worked on my car did what needed done and was very kind and informative. I will be taking my car back based on my experience with him and the gal in the showroom alone. Also the blond gal in the office that took my payment was wonderful. As for that little rat in the back, I hope they fire him before he mouths off to the wrong person or before he lets his mouth talk like that in front of a customer.

Purchased a used 2015 Malibu and the experience was great. Very friendly customer service, the process went vary smooth, they got me financed and on my way. Happy Customer.

Absolutely the best dealership in Hastings!

Upfront, quick and to the point salesman. No hassle or anything undone when we left the dealership. They have a wonderful name in the Hastings and Grandin land area and now I know why!
