Very Pleased with service desk and repairs made.

I was very pleased with the work, with service personnel, and was made to feel like a valued customer. When I asked to have the repair/part replacement explained, they did so very clearly and professionally. I will be back to have my Corvette serviced at DeFouw.

Really stood behind their car

I purchased a used bmw 328i from defouw in as-is condition with no warranty. A few days after purchased I noticed a slight high pitched noise. I took it to a local shop and they diagnosed it as a bad differential. I was very upset because it was going to be an expensive repair. I called Defouw to see if they could do anything. They sent a driver to my home with a loaner vehicle, took mine in and checked it out, all free of charge. They agreed the differential was starting to fail. They offered a new diff with $1,000 discount or offered to put in a used one free of charge. Because this is not a common problem with bmws, I chose the used diff and it has been successful so far and will probably last the life of the car. Defouw went out of their way to make this right for me even though I did not have a warranty, so I would highly recommend them!

Stood behind their car when they didn't have to

Great experience at DeFouw!

I was in the market for a new vehicle and had interacted with a few other BMW dealerships in my search. Cesni with Bill DeFouw BMW in Lafeyette, IN took great care of me throughout the whole process. We worked online flawlessly and communication was clear and timely. She was able to help me look at several options and fielded a few curveballs from me like an expert. Ultimately i was able to get into a great vehicle at a great price. I was driving from out of town and Cesni communicated exactly what I needed to do and bring for my visit/test drive/purchase. Things went perfectly. She even came in on her day off in the pouring rain to work with me. So far so good with Cesni and DeFout BMW. Can't say enough good about them. Would recommend it to anyone in the market for a new BMW.

DeFouw Chevrolet- Friendly quality service

Bought my first brand new vehicle at DeFouw in May 2016. Pam, my salesperson, was phenomenal. She was very helpful, professional and friendly. She goes the extra mile for the customer to make sure they are treated right. The financing department did a great job also. Had a dead battery issue in July. Called Chevy roadside assistance. They were very professional and quick to assist. They got my vehicle to the DeFouw service center where it was fixed very quickly and hassle free. I even received a call within a day from Chevrolet to make sure that my car was doing well after the service was performed. I have also received customer satisfaction surveys after the sale and after the service center visit. DeFouw truly cares about customers and service. I have been extremely impressed with all aspects of dealing with DeFouw, from sales to service, it is a top-notch dealership. The customer truly is number one.

Had a wonderful experience with Chris Harrington and the people at DeFouw. I bought my car there and had no second thoughts when my son needed his first vehicle. Great experience.
