Car Service

I have been to BAirerl Subaru for service a few times and have not always been happy with the service personnel at the desk and how I was treated. When I left they will ask me to rate them as a 10 so their rating would be good. So I never did the rating. Yesterday I had the nicest guy and while he told me I would be getting a survey he mentioned that below 5 wouldnt be good but he didnt ask me to rate him as a 10. I would definitely rate him as a 10. He was so courteous in how he dealt with me. W

Awesome service and always considerate of my busy schedule

I purchased my new Subaru Outback in 2016 and have continued to complete all my servicing at the dealership. I consistently work with Darren Dittmar. He is highly competent, friendly and always considerate of my schedule and other needs. Darren is highly responsive to any inquiries that I make. I live closer to several other Subaru dealerships, but I continue to travel for my service at Baierl, because of the quality service and highly responsive individuals. I also really appreciate the loaner vehicle, which allows me to resume most of my regular schedule.

Disappointed I had to get 2 new tires, but I trush what you tell me to do. Do have question, do you have any road hazard warranty on you tires. I will keep coming back and this is where I will by my 3rd car.

Thank you for your continued business and trust! We really appreciate the review. As for the tires, would you mind calling the sotre and asking an employee about the specifics tires you purchased? We have different policies for different tires from time to time and we don't want to leave potentially false info here. Thanks again!

Great service

The service was very good. We didn't have the key for the lug nuts and they were sawed off and replaced at no extra cost.

New Car Lease

I had an easy and enjoyable shopping experience at Baierl Subaru. Lee Baierl, Jerry Sansosti Mike Goessler & Lori Siwy were a great team. This my 6 Subaru from these guys.

service center for oil change n tire rotation --- was in n out in less than an hour with a complimentary car wash. good job and not a bad price . - service agent was kayla ---it helps when u r told what to expect - and she did just that -- so the whole thing was a quality experience. looking forward to my next service appt.
