Good experience I had scheduled an oil change but on

Good experience I had scheduled an oil change but on arrival an additional problem occurred. They made the diagnosis and ordered parts to make repair. Provided a ride home until they finished the repairs.

Exceptional Service

The Team at Erik's Chevrolet always provides us with exceptional service. In this instance, they made a special effort to pick up our new Silverado which had been ordered 7 months prior and was awaiting delivery. Outside of the delivery of our new truck, we always receive top notch service from our sales consultant and entire Erik's team. They don’t sell out of state.

They don’t sell out of state. In their ad on your web service they should state that up front. Don’t waste your time.

Uncertified Mechanics

They charged me $160 to diagnose and fix an issue I had with me car. They said that it was fixed but 3 hours later the check engine light came back on and problem was still there. Called and asked to speak with the service manager saying I had a complaint. I overheard the guy say I have a customer with a complaint and want to speak to the manager and they all started to laugh. I went on UTube and figured the issue out myself.

Great buying experience. Tyler was a huge help!

Would definitely but here again. Tyler was a great salesman. Even with a small mistake on paperwork they keep the deal together and ate their mistakes.

RIP off guarentee and it didn't fix issue.

Over priced didn't care about wait times. Didn't call back in a timely manner. Rude Mike service Manager. Telling me I was lying that Braden didn't guarentee me the part would fix it. And service tech guaranteed it will fix problems. But I'm stuck with bill and no car fixed.
