The staff at Freedom Ford are all very pleasant From the salesman to the sales mgr. service mgr. parts mgr. and finance officer my wife and I were introduced to each of them and were treated like family.I was so impressed with the people at Freedom Ford that I purchased two new 2015 vehicles. We purchased a 2015 Focus Titanium beautiful car for my wife. I ordered a 2015 Ford F150 Lariet with the top comfort package.I believe the staff at Freedom Ford really cares about the customer and all work well together whoever put this staff together did and excellant job.I believe the Freedom Ford staff are great ambassadors for Ford Motor Company. We were in the dealership today to look at a vehicle that we'd found on dealer's website. Our salesman was Bert Klaiber at Freedom Ford - Ebensburg, and the vehicle in question was a 2011 Ford F-150. I've dealt with Bert before on other vehicles, so I already knew what a great person he was, but my wife never had. Bert was top notch, in both professional courtesy and vehicle knowledge. We couldn't have asked for a better salesperson to assist us. From the test drive, to the loan process, to the paperwork, Bert was excellent in every aspect. If you're looking to buy a vehicle, seek him out. We did.

The General Manager, Jen Sausman is great to deal with. We got the best deal right upfront. There were no back and forth games. My wife and I have bought many cars throughout the years. They dont stand behind the cars they sell i heard this from others but too late it was after i bought the car. I just hope i can stop others from making the mistake i did.

This is the second vehicle my wife and I have bought from Freedom Ford in Ebensburg, PA. Both times we've had nothing but good experiences. Our credit isn't the best in the world and they're able to find us the credit we can afford. The staff was very friendly. My toddler daughter even ended up walking around with a few of the employee's and they gave her a balloon and some coloring pages to keep her happy. She didn't want to leave when we were ready to take our new car home. I'd highly recommend at least trying this dealer if you're in the area looking.
