Don't take your car there for service.

Don't take your car there for service. They don't know what they're doing. Attached an old flywheel to a new motor and within 8 months it sheared all 4 flywheel bolts. Now they want me to pay $3000 for their mistakes

Will not help the customer with tires even though they

Will not help the customer with tires even though they just drove off the lot to find out that the tires were shot and cupped. Called 5 minutes after leaving the dealership after being able to get to highway speeds. More or less it's my fault that there was a snow storm and couldn't get to speeds. Screw the customer!! This place is a joke and I will never recommend them for anything.

If u don't have decent credit please do not go there.

If u don't have decent credit please do not go there. They definitely don't respect someone who has bad credit. I'm very disappointed about their service

Absolute worst dealership I have ever encountered, they

Absolute worst dealership I have ever encountered, they had my car in their shop over 6 months, told me it was covered by my extended warranty, then told me on the day they had me pick it up (not fixed, it blew up on my way home) that it wasn’t covered, billed me $4000, for a car they said was fixed, but obviously never touched in 6 months.. when I would call to check on the progress, they always had an excuse why it wasn’t looked at yet.. then I get a letter saying they were going to take me to court.. scammers and shisters! Go any where else but here!

STAYAWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

STAYAWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! This is a group of liars and thrives. Last January I turned 60, and my heart is that of an 85 year old man. So after shopping on line I drove out to look at a 6 year old car, which would be the newest I ever owned. After discussion and a ride I decided to buy, only to find the price increased $5000 from my phone call to my decision. I walked out, but with my health I foolishly returned because what I was driving was illegal. The best the sales person Bob Jones could do is give me a IOU for $1000 in shop service and a $300 gas card from Sheetz. Big deal. Before signing I asked if it had a remote starter, it didn’t. Bob said he’d throw that in because they dealt wit someone here in Johnstown. And it was installed weeks later. Months later I went for service and was informed the $500 starter was billed to my IOU. After 2 hours of arguing with the service department and getting Bob involved we straightened everything out. Including the starter was NOT to have come from the IOU. NOW after a year they’re taking me to court over this xx!!! The only reason I keep is is to remind car dealers LIE AND CHEAT.

Please be aware that they sell vehicles for above the

Please be aware that they sell vehicles for above the advertised price and are quick about the paperwork. They also tell you you’ll have bumper to bumper full coverage warranty but don’t bother to tell you it’s 2 or 3 years or so many miles, whichever comes first. They sold me a vehicle $1,000 over the asking price. Just be aware to read over everything with a fine tooth comb- which I guess I should have done, but most of the paperwork was done on a computer screen across the room that we couldn’t read anyway. Place is shady. If you do business with this dealership be sure to check over everything. We even asked to look under the hood of the car and that got brushed off and we were told oh everything gets inspected before it gets put on the lot. That should have given me a red flag warning to leave right then and there!

Bert, Travis, and Andy were great during our last visit.

Bert, Travis, and Andy were great during our last visit. This is our 4th purchase with Bert who is always extremely helpful and easy to work with. Travis made financing a simple process and Andy was very knowledgeable in the service dept.

Dishonest

Completely dishonest! False advertising! My husband and I made the trip up to Ebensburg to look at a Jeep Wrangler that they had listed on their website, cargurus and autotrader for $34,000. We test drove the vehicle, met with the salesman Sean as well as the "manager" Mike. They gave us a written offer of 34k on the Jeep. We weren't quite where we wanted to be, so they told us to take a couple of days to think about it and call them back if we were still interested. We took those two days to search banks for rates, secure financing and in the mean time, passed up another vehicle we had also considered. I called Sean three days later to tell him that we would accept the offer and Sean said "well, there was one little mistake, the Jeep wasn't actually 34k, its $42,500." I asked to speak with Mike the "manager"(who made sure to mention to us on our visit that he was "pretty high up in the company" said "whoops, it was a mistake, our picture guy uploaded the wrong pics". When I reminded him that he made us a formal offer in writing at 34k, his answer was "well, you didn't take it and it was a mistake, haven't you ever made a mistake?" To which I answered, yes, but if it was in writing I would have certainly honored it!" I will NEVER consider purchasing a vehicle here or any other Luther dealership again. My suggestion to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle through them, BEWARE!!!!
