I stopped in 4 days ago for express oil change service,
I stopped in 4 days ago for express oil change service, and was told it was a 2 hour wait, just to get in. So, I stopped back today, Friday at 1:30 p.m. and was told they were no longer accepting customers! Are you kidding me?! The same six people behind the customer service desk were milling around trying to look busy. It seems to me, they are light on technicians and heavy on desk help. I drove 12 minutes down rt. 309 to Daves' Lube Thru and got directly in. I was driving back home, while the people in the waiting room at AT were still waiting. What part of ( Express Service ) don't I understand? Why advertise service until 5:00 p.m. and cut people off in the early afternoon? This is not the first time I had this happen in Sellersvile.
