Bruno Suarez went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle for me. He knew what I was looking for and several times went to other dealerships out of town to bring me a vehicle to look at and test drive. When I didn't like what he brought me he didn't hesitate to keep looking until I found what I wanted 2 months later. Bruno is a perfect example of a small town big dealership going out of its way to make me a return customer. You won't find a better dealership
I've bought two cars from Karl Malone CDJR, and they've been so good both times that I'll likely drive Jeeps and Rams forever, just because the buying experience has been so good. It was quick, painless, and beyond convenient. These guys sent cars to SLC from Heber (45 miles) for my wife and I to test-drive, took care of a lease turn in, delivered my Jeep (2014) and Ram (2017) to my house, where we signed paperwork at my kitchen table. Did I mention they put in a solid 2 days finding the truck I wanted? Buy here, especially if you're in SLC and getting the run-around from the dealerships there, you will leave happy!

No title, just a retiree wanting to buy a Jeep.
I walked in not intending to buy from the Malone dealership but just to get more information to help in my buying decision. They went over and above all previous experiences I have had and I have bought 15 cars. Some were new and some were used and only two from a private person. I am loving my Jeep which is a really fun car to drive and I love all the people at Karl Malone in Heber, UT. I greatly appreciate the fact that they treated me with respect which is not always the case for women. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the Customer Service at Karl Malone (malonechryslerdodgejeep.com). There are big sales going on right now to don't miss out.
