Great customer Service

Going into any dealership is and has always been intimidating for any women. However, my experience with Bryan Ohntrup was pleasantly comfortable. I felt no preasure and was able to get some really good information on certain vehicle's that I been researching. I truly will send my friends and family his direction. Thank you so much for great customer service and making me feel at ease.

A small family owned dealer that cares

Sands Ford is a great place to do business. I worked with Ian and the manager Brad. They got me in a car when no one else could. I recommend the dealer to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I ASKED FOR IT AND THEY GOT IT

I called in for a specific F350 Diesel 8' Bed Black Truck with certain amenities... A week or two later . They got it in and 2 Weeks later I was driving away with it. Ian was a very pleasant no pressure salesman that I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a Ford. They even had to redo paperwork a couple of days later and he drove to my place of business to make sure I did not have to go out of my way. I own a business and that is what I call Customer Service.

Purchased new f150

In December we purchased a new F150. Gave several dealership a comparison bid. Red Hill came back the best. This is our 4 th vehicle purchased here. No games, just cut to the chase and give me the bottom line. No forcing for extras, however we did purchase the Zurich protection and got a bed liner. When we picked up the truck, the rear camera did not work. No one could figure it out, not even the mechanic. Left with camera not working and was told to make appointment. Bottom line when my husband got home, he accessed the situation with our 13 year old grandson and discovered the wire was disconnected to the tail gate. This was done when the spray liner was applied. It was annoying to me that the mechanic couldn't even find it. Otherwise great vehicle!

Good place to do business

The car buying experience here was outstanding. I took over 3 months to make my purchase and Ian Laxton was accommodating to my schedule. It was a very low pressure experience and I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend anyone to this dealer. Even if they do not have what you want in stock they can get it for you. It is worth the wait and is a place I can see myself doing business for years to come.

Great Service with a Great Deal

I recently bought a Used pickup truck at Sand Ford of Red Hill. Ian Laxton was my salesman. What an easygoing experience he and the staff made it for me! I was in and out and got a great price for what I was looking for. Before I found Sands Ford I thought I was going to be settling for something I didn't want 100% and at a price I wasn't happy with. Excellent sales; great service and super people" Three used cars bought from you. Incredibly attentive salesman; excellent service; dependability and attention to any problem (though there were few). Great Dealership & Staff!

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Tom Burrell at Sands Ford of Red Hill, since 2011. Tom and the folks at this dealership are courteous and professional. The agreed trade in values were fair and acceptable. For the last vehicle I purchased (2016 Ford Explorer Sport), Tom went out of his way to locate and acquire the exact vehicle I was looking for. I would also like to recognize John Miller and the Service Department for their professionalism and keeping my vehicles well maintained.

This is the third vehicle I have purchase from Redhill. Thirteen total in the family. Always an experience of honesty and integrity. Mr. Perry Sweatt always has more concern for the customer and to make sure we are getting a quality product. To him it is not just about the sale. We pass a couple of Ford dealerships on the way to Redhill. But it is always worth the trip. And always a great experience .The service department has always done a great job too.
