Great first buying experience!

This was my first time buying a car and I couldn't be happier with my experience at Eisenhauer. I had seen the car online and used their online contact form to schedule a test drive. I met with Kevin Garrity on a Saturday afternoon, and the car was ready to go when I arrived. Kevin was great to work with, very laid back and no pushy sales nonsense (which is a huge plus for me!) I had done quite a bit of research on the car, and Kevin was able to answer all my questions even though it wasn't a Nissan (I got a 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid off their used lot). The car was immaculate, loaded with features, and listed at an incredible price! In the end, I was able to get an affordable monthly payment within my desired range, despite only having "fair credit" - Rachel reached out to several banks she knew I could get financing with and found the best rate for me. I drove away in my new car, extremely pleased with my both my purchase and my experience. 10/10 would recommend Eisenhauer to friends and family!

First Time Buyer --> Customer for Life!

Awesome staff, so easy to work with!!!

Greg Krick was so fun to work with. He made the task of car buying a joy. He found the perfect car for me. Kudos to Greg and to Eisenhauer.

Great overall experience

Greg was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us make our vehicle choice. No pressure, no haggle, just lots of information and a very friendly environment. Rachel was very friendly and assisted with the financing and that proved to be a pleasant experience as well. Tim stopped to offer his assistance and to see if my wife or I had any questions. Overall this was the best car buying experience and dealership I have dealt with and will continue to purchase vehicles and have my vehicle serviced at this location

Efficient Transaction

Our sales person was Greg Krick and he was very good to work with. I came to the dealership looking for a car for my daughter and had my sights set on a couple. Greg had both cars ready to for a test drive when I arrived at the dealership. When I told Greg I needed my wife to also test drive the car, he said he would make a gentlemen's agreement not to sell the car until she also test drive it. He kept his word and the car was ready for a second test drive. We agreed to purchase the car and pick it up a couple days later. Again we made a gentleman's agreement and didn't ask for a deposit like other dealerships we went to. When we went to pick up the car, Rachel was very efficient with the paperwork and did not rush us through the process. Looking forward to making a second purchase very soon.

Jay is a great salesman!

Jay assisted me with my first nissan in July of 2014 and was very helpful and professional. I came back after my lease was coming to an end and he took his time to go over my options regarding my next vehicle. I was more then happy with my options and was able to lease my dream car! I recommend Jay to anyone looking for a patient and kind salesman at eisenhauer nissan!

Terry Dinger was a pleasure to work with. Our lease we had on our 2014 Nissan Rogue was due and Terry went WAY above the call of duty. He made sure every question we had was answered. Great experience

We bought a used car from Greg at Eisenhuaer. We had a good test drive and he was very thorough about explaining all the details of the vehicle. After the test drive we told him of noise and shudder we had noticed in the front of the car. He had the mechanics look into it and they ended up putting brand new rotors on the front before we finalized the sale. While it took a bit of time we were able to get the car we wanted and drive off the lot with a good deal and peace of mind. Greg was very helpful and thoughtful throughout the process; he even bought us some candy from the machine as we were feeling a bit rundown from a day of car shopping :) great experience overall.

Power comfort roomy

Greg Krick was so patient with us. We were bouncing between 3 vehicles and couldn't make up our minds. We were so stressed we almost just bagged the whole idea of buying a nicer vehicle. We took the Armada to Illinois already and it was sweet! Very comfortable seating, great power, all the techy stuff you need (used Bluetooth for the first-time), and better gas mileage than I thought. Other key employees were Dibiase and Stehman. I felt like i was amongst family. Thank you Eisenhauer for making my purchase way less stressful!
