Dan Hassler was very accommodating. Dan was well prepared with Keys, dealer plates, and vehicle ready for the test ride. He did his best to try and resolve a Service Tire Pressure Monitor System problem with our Chevrolet Suburban. He did a great job keeping us comfortable while waiting to process our paperwork.

Brandon was a complete book of knowledge. I was not sure...

Brandon was a complete book of knowledge. I was not sure what i wanted and he patiently showed me 3-4 different vehicles before ei decided! He explained to me how a lease works. And he came very close to my desired payment, which could've been achieved…but i decided on leather and a moonroof! :) Thank you Brandon for all the help!

Bought a new Murano that had to be driven in from York...

Bought a new Murano that had to be driven in from York PA. When it arrived it was the wrong color. Incentives were expiring so Harry told me to wait for the end of next month and he would find me the car I wanted. Another month came and went. I contacted Harry several times, and he promised to look for a car for me. There was never a return phone call....I got tired of begging to buy a car from this dealership so I went to Exton Nissan and purchased the exact car I wanted, without having to beg. Extremely bad customer service, in fact there was no customer service at all. It is rude of them to never call me back,and make promises that they didn't keep. Referred two other customers there while I was waiting for them to sell me a car, both of which purchased a vehicle. Received no reward as promised for the referral.

Friendly, No Hassle Experience
