Horrible

Bought a 2017 patriot here in January. The car is shaking violently and the. Rakes are shot. They knew about it before they sold it to me. Now I can’t drive the car at all and have to pay $1300 to have it fixed. I’ll never buy a Jeep again

Bad Service

Service is not good. I have a car with only about 3K. The car is shaking violently. The dealership is too busy to work on car for at least two weeks. I bought a brand new car and now need to pay for a rental because they are too busy. Buy from another dealership!

Run don't walk away from this service department

I am sorry I am not able to give them negative stars. I have had the worst customer experience with heir service center that I have ever had in my life. This is not an exaggeration. I sent the better part of 3 moths going back and forth trying to get my 2 and a half year old car fixed and they never managed to get the diagnosis. Eventually the engine seized. They then left the car sitting in their lot for 6 weeks and did nothing. I finally sent an email to general manager of the dealership and then got a call from their sales department offering to buy me out of the car which I took them up on. They have had the car for over 2 months now and to my knowledge it still is not fixed. Please NEVER bring your car to this dealer's service department for anything including and oil change. If you do remember when you regret it, you were warned.

James Davis @ Tri County Jeep in Limerick, PA

James Davis @ Tri County Jeep is amazing. I followed him from my last dealership to this location since his customer service is unmatched. He always goes above and beyond and truly cares about his customers. On Tuesday, he had me in a brand new Jeep Wrangler same day. He made the entire process pain free - on both the sales side and financing side - and I felt extremely comfortable and cared for. He is an all around great person who effortlessly shows his integrity and kindness. You feel like you are talking to a person, not a salesman. I can not recommend him enough!

Take your money and go somewhere else

Awful experience! Price was as is and dealers refused to negotiate. Waste of my time as well as my gas money. We will not be returning.

Great Experience!

What a great experience it was purchasing my Jeep from Tri County! It was such an easy process and my dealer Derrick Geisler took the time to help me with my needs! Derrick and his manager Mike McVeigh took the time and effort to help me get where I wanted to be in a payment! I was shopping another dealership in the area and knew right away they were trying to pull a fast one on me which did not sit well with me. You can't please everyone but before making a decision go to Tri County before a final decision...I'm happy I did!! Thanks Tri County!!!
