Tim Dahle Service team the best!

I drive past 2 other Ford Dealers as the service Sept is 2nd to none! Trevor is the best ever and has helped me multiple times! Is thorough and keeps me posted on many things. The last visit Adam worked on the rear of my F-150 and did a superb job! I'd recommend Tim Dahle any day! Great job!

My complaint with Tim Dahle Ford is with their

My complaint with Tim Dahle Ford is with their contracting and Finance department. I bought a used truck from them. The deal included a $350 charge for Drivepur cleaning service. In the contract I am allowed $300 of that back if I am more than 50 miles from a dealership (which I am) They also charged $299 for anit-theft protection. The contract also allows me to cancel that service which I tried to do. But I was told I had to get form for their finance department. Finance calls me and tells me that they will not allow me to get a refund on these two charges even though it is in the contract. Now knowing how these people treat their customers I could never recommend them or buy from them again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER AT ALL!

Great salesman, great dealership.

Great salesman, great dealership. Most dealerships try and get the most out of you before you walk out the door. These guys are not exception. But overall a good experience

First class customer service

Took my F350 in for some warranty work (my back seat rattled. Turned out it wasn’t the seat, but the running boards) and the staff treated me like gold. Found and fixed the issue the same day. I should have bought my truck here, but I will for sure be using this dealership for everything moving forward!

I like how efficient they were and great quality

I've never used this dealership before, but I liked how fast they got the job done and how well they did it! They changed out the upholstery from cloth to leather, they helped with recommendations of what would look best and they were right! I'm definitely going to use them again for service on my truck!

Service people are nice enough just completely incompetent. Recall issue with my backup camera. It’s been in twice and still not fixed right.

This was my worst car purchasing experience ever. I...

This was my worst car purchasing experience ever. I purchased a 2021 Mustang Mach 1 and it was broken when I drove the car off the lot. I purchased the car on Oct 6 and it still sits at the dealership broken. The service manager ordered a replacement head, but used the wrong part number according to the lady at Ford Customer Relations. No one from management has ever contacted me about the repairs on this car. Their diagnosis was incorrect from the start with the floor sales manager telling me that the noise coming from the engine was typical of a high performance car. I should have read your reviews before I purchased a car at this dealership. Run away as fast as you can.

Business suck aaa

Worst place to do business for anything there service suck xxx no help truck was there for 2 to 3 months and was nothing done no call back to see if anything has changed sales department lies to you and changed the price two to three times
