Breath of Fresh Air!!!!

This was our first vehicle purchase from H & H and Mr. Joel Watson. Joel made us feel like family from the get go and always remained first class. He was able to bring our truck in from another dealer and still make the deal that was by far the best deal. The sales team and service staff are all exceptional and we would highly recommend everyone to check out Joel and his colleges for that truly "Above the Bar" experience for your next vehicle purchase!

Used Vehicle Purchase

We have bought three vehicles from H & H Chevrolet (2 trucks and 1 SUV). Joel Watson has been our salesman for the last two purchases and we have been very pleased as we have dealt with him. He is personable and very helpful. Unfortunately, less than two weeks after we purchased our 2013 Equinox, I was involved in an accident. We chose to have the repairs done here and were very satisfied with the estimating process and the repair work.

Excellent Experience

Once again I had a great buying experience in dealing with H&H Chevrolet. This is the second new truck that Eddie Coy sold me and I couldn't be happier. He is an excellent salesman, not high pressure but very professional and polite. I would highly recommend Eddie and H&H for your next vehicle purchase. As a business owner I like to buy local when possible and its a pleasure to find a locally owned business that is great to do business with.

Great sales team

Purchased a used 2012 Ford Mustang. Sue Hetrick provided guidance via email Saturday evening and on Sunday. Salesman Eddie Coy was friendly and worked hard to make the deal I wanted. Eddie took the time to work with me in setting up my non-GM vehicle. The dealership was extremely clean and welcoming. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Enjoyable two hour experience

John Maurer made leasing our first vehicle a very easy, informative experience. He took the time to go over the car and answered all our questions not only about the car but the leasing process as well. He was probably the best car salesman we have dealt with. We were definitely impressed with John and our total H&H experience. We give our experience five stars.

Truck Purchase

Buying experience was very good with H&H. I didn't think I would buy a truck the day I stopped in to look at inventory. They had the truck I wanted on the lot. I test drove it and decided on it about an hour later. My sales person staid late to talk to me after the test drive. When I picked it up, he took considerable time to explain all the features of the vehicle.

Great salesman, very informative

This is my second vehicle leased through H&H. Both times I have dealt with Eddie and he's always making sure I understand everything fully. From the beginning of the process until I leave the lot with my new vehicle, Eddie is making sure I am fully satisfied with my decision.

Scam artists

1/19/2016 When people warn you to never let a dealership work on your car, believe them! I went with to this location along with my boyfriend. We needed to take a vehicle there to get some recalled parts fixed and also to get a strange knocking noise the car was making checked out. While he was speaking with one of the workers, I heard him ask if they could check out the noise, they said that they could do it, but never told him that there would be a $100 fee to do that. I don't mind that they have to charge a fee for this, but the customer should be made aware of any cost over $50 in my opinion. That's the first issue I have with this place. My second issue is that we then got about a $700 estimate for car work, which was work that did not need done at the time, and were not proper solutions to the knocking problem. We were told that they would have to change and rotate the tires first to figure out what was causing the noise made by the car. They also told us that the brakes needed changed, a rotor needed changed, and the serpentine belt was in desperate need of repair. I discussed with my boyfriend about what we should do, and with our better judgment, we agreed that my boyfriend should chance driving the vehicle down to a family friend who is a mechanic. Guess what? None of the things H&H said needed fixed right away were near as bad as they said they were. Wanna know what was causing the knocking noise too? The lug nuts on the front, left tire were loose. You can't tell me that whoever was working on the car didn't realize that. We didn't need all those parts replaced or a full change and rotation of the tires. The only thing we needed was the lug nuts on the tire tightened. Only go here if it is absolutely your last option. Heck, tow your car to another town if you have to in order to avoid this place. But if you have literally no other option and have to go here, make it very clear to them that you don't want them fixing things, replacing parts, or ANYTHING to your car without contacting you for approval first. Update 2/2/2016 Someone from the company contacted me through Yelp demanding more information since apparently nobody could figure out which car was ours even though the vehicle presented a very specific set of circumstances that I highly doubt dozens of other customers had as well. They then pretty much accused me of lying, stating "The vehicle was brought to us without lug nuts." Which, frankly, is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard since the vehicle never would have made it out of the driveway without that tire falling right off. The vehicle was only missing a single lug nut on the right tire (not the left one that had all the loose ones on it), which they never told us about, and we didn't know about it until we took it to that family friend.

Great place to deal with

We just bought a 2016 Equinox and we were very pleased with the service we got. We worked with Joel Watson and he did a great job in helping us get what we wanted.
