Britni was very nice to talk too and, was very knowledgeable about all the controls of the car. She taught me a lot about the controls. Her boss Jerry wasn’t that nice. You could speak to him about it.

I had an extremely pleasant experience at this location

I had an extremely pleasant experience at this location recently and felt the need to give a review. Louis Cerrato greeted me and was so warm and friendly. I admittedly came in with some anxiety and apprehension, expecting to be pressured by a pushy salesperson, but that is the furthest from what actually occurred. Everyone there went out of their way to be kind and welcoming and I actually drove home my new car (well, new to me anyway). Shout out to Jerry Taylor as well who is the finance guy. Again, no high pressure and I felt really great about my purchase. Would highly recommend to my friends and family!

I visited this dealer recently to have my mother test

I visited this dealer recently to have my mother test drive some cars. Once we entered the dealership, we were warmly greeted by Lou Cerrato. He was wonderful and made my mom comfortable with driving a different car. He brought a car into the dealership, where it was warm for her to look it over before driving it. We made it very clear to Lou that we were not purchasing today, just wanted to narrow the scope of what she wanted. As she was looking over the car, I noticed a sticker on the window that listed pin striping(595), fabric and leather protection(595), door edge guard(595) and nitrogen filled tires(39.95) for an added total of 1824 additional to the msrp. Ive purchased about 40 cars in my 20 years of driving. Ive always avoided dealers that do this type of addon. it doesnt add any value to the deal. All of those items can be ordered off amazon for $50. Its just a money grab. So, i immediately ask lou how attached the dealer is to these addons. He responded that everything is negotiable. So my mother test drove the car, she liked it, but we had another car for her to test drive before narrowing down her choices. We both told Lou that we weren't purchasing today. Lou did mention that they were trying to push to make deals. there was almost no more room on the lot for more cars. Lou told us that we HAD to speak to his manager before to make sure he did his job well. I liked Lou, my mother liked Lou, but that is straight xx.I knew what was coming. It was the hard sell to get us to not leave the dealership and to buy a car on the spot. So, the manager Jerry taylor came over and asked how Lou was, asked if anything can be done to get us to buy a car, i replied, politely no, there isnt. He then replied what if he took 3500 off the price of the car. I replied, no we will not be purchasing today, but if my mother was interested in the car, I will be emailing with a stock number to work out a price. So, the next day, my mother said she wanted the buick envista. I found a stock number on the website of something that checked all the boxes for her. I then emailed Lou and asked for an out the door price with all their fees. I also already shopped my mother trade through carmax, carvana and a local ford dealer. i had a good idea of what her car was worth. This is where the experience goes sideways. Loud responds back with minimal info and a low ball, significantly less than all other offers on it. I also know, most of those offers were to wholesale the trade at auction, not retail it on their lot. So there was zero reason why they couldnt meet the lower offers that were wholesale. I was given just a price, without the fees and taxes and stuff. Also with the low ball, i was told to bring it in to have it appraised. This is just a tactic to get someone into the dealership, Dealers purchase cars sight unseen from auctions all the time. There is zero reason to see the car to match a wholesale offer. Also, the price was much higher, with the quoted 3500 off than it should be.That is because this dealership doesnt use MSRP. They use dealer posted price. The dealer posted price includes that worthless 1824 package. Do yourself a favor, if you arent an experienced buyer, avoid any dealer that uses dealer posted price. I countered Lous offer and they raised the trade slightly and explained the dealer posted price and the fine print on their website. Lou than asked me to just call his manager. I informed him that i was getting ready to go to work and I was working 3 or 4 16hr shifts. He insisted I call and stopped responding to my emails. A few days later, after working 70hrs in 5 days. i sent Jerry taylor an email. never got a response. I learned that this dealer just wants an uninformed customer. they also want you there so they have all the power in the transaction. They will be super nice to you. I still say Lou was great, He is the reason why its 2/5 instead of 1/5 stars

Lou Cerrato was wonderful!

Lou Cerrato was wonderful! He greeted us with his warmth and friendly ways, making us feel very comfortable and welcomed and managed to have us leave the his dealership with a brand new Buick Encore on the same day! He was efficient, knowledgeable, caring and so very helpful and we are grateful for his expertise in giving us all the information we need to lease a new car. We have a new friend in Lou Cerrato and Craig Dibella at Lester Glenn Buick in Toms River, NJ.

Exceptional Experience at Lester Glenn GMC – Highly Recommend! They truly treat you like a family. I recently purchased a 2024 GMC Yukon XL AT4 from Lester Glenn GMC, and the experience was outstanding. Our salespeople, Louis Bottone and Louis Cerrato, made the entire process seamless and efficient. Despite the cold weather, they went above and beyond by pulling two cars into the bay so we could compare them side-by-side, which was incredibly helpful in making our decision. Louis took the time to explain every feature of the vehicle and made sure we were completely comfortable with our choice. The entire process was quick, yet thorough, and we never felt rushed. On top of that, Jerry Taylor, the financial manager, was outstanding. I recently purchased a Chevy Silverado from Lester Glenn

I recently purchased a Chevy Silverado from Lester Glenn Buick GMC. Lou was my salesman and he was great! He made the entire experience a pleasant one. There was no pressure and no xx. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and took the time to go over everything with me. I have recommended Lester Glenn to all of my family and friends who are in the market for a new or used vehicle. I won’t go anywhere else!
