Made a 4 hour trip in to Performance because of the large

Made a 4 hour trip in to Performance because of the large inventory and best prices on the east coast. Staff did not disappoint. The entire staff made the transaction quick and painless. I highly recommend our salesman Mike, he was great to work with and extremely personable. Worth the drive and we love our new Ram!

Lied directly to my face.

Lied directly to my face. Driving home multiple warnings lights came on. Told me to ignore it. Less than 3 days car would not start. Refuse return. $15,256.00 still sits. Communicate online no direct response.

Called in and spoke with John Williams.

Called in and spoke with John Williams. I let him know what I was interested in, and a time to come in and look at the truck I saw on their website. When I arrived, the truck was ready and detailed with keys ready for a test drive. I’ve bought quite a few cars from dealerships and I have never had such a fantastic experience! Laid back and easy going. Whole process took only a few hours instead of an entire day! I actually went for a drive instead of home exhausted from all the back and forth I’ve had with other dealerships. I have never bought a vehicle twice from the same dealership. Hopefully things don’t change at this one except for the better, and I really can’t think of what they could improve on.

Just a little over 30 minutes after purchase driving home from dealership 3 warnings lights came on and in less than 3 days the car would not start. I asked multiple times if there were any concerns over and over to your salesperson. When I messaged Claude when the lights came on he said your service dept said they knew "with certainty" what the problem was without seeing the car and your team of service and sales stated to ignore the warning lights in writing. Will you accept the return of this car and refund my money please? Ive missed appointments including my medical appointment because this vehicle unexpectedly would not start. Please accept the return of what you sold me.

Text from: Performance Chrysler Dodge Jeep Just talked to the service manager it's just a catilac converter code. Also spoke to the used car manager and the GM. They said the car runs fine its a catalac converter code its nothing wrong with the car it runs and drives good and no major issues. The car is over 20 years old, so it might have a light on, but the car runs and drives just fine. That came from all 3 higher ups.

My response to Performance Chrysler Dodge Jeep on Georgesville rd: Warning lights that go off are meant to communicate the car is having a problem not that it is fine. Your definition of fine is different than mine. Clearly you are falling back on the car is used and old and ignoring the fact I sought honesty from you and your company about a vehicle YOU/YOUR CO was selling. In less than an hour it appeared not true. AND No matter what you or your company believe $13,000 is a lot of money and my expectations of no immediate problems was based on yours and yours company's reassurance. I trusted and decided based on reassurances by you. Saying a warning lights is not a problem is the wrong message. Had anyone said no it's questionable I would have looked at your other vehicles based on that honesty and likely returned for future purchases.

Another dealerships evaluation of car I just bought 7/27/25 from Performance Chrysler, Dodge Jeep. Remember it was stated several times there is nothing wrong with this car and I was instructed to ignore the warning lights: Another mechanic at a different dealership: Battery replacement 14% health, 0% charge. 9.1V $209.90 Reply STOP to cancel. Replace Air Fuel Sensor bank 1 sensor 1 malfunction driver sided $515.07 Reply STOP to cancel. Replace Bank 2 Catalytic Converter pass. side $2461.49 Reply STOP to cancel. Entertainment Systems - ANTENNA MAST - Remove & Replace $472.40 Reply STOP to cancel. Power Steering Fluid Leak. leaking rack $2430.71 WITH POWER STEERING FLUID EXCHANGE $179.95 Reply STOP to cancel. *General Repair. the front level sensor is broken $1004.28 Reply STOP to cancel. He, " the salesman" writes: 1.) Spoke to service manager 2.) Spoke to used car manager 3.) and GM 4.) and all three higher ups This was shortly after I purchased this vehicle. They also identify what the problem is as I drive away from the dealership. Do you believe they demonstrated good will by knowingly deceiving a buyer?

If you are sorry and I was informed by your employee there were known problem then accept the return. I messaged Chris Manofsky. I simply requested he do the right thing and accept the return and received no response. I would like my funds returned. Be an honest business. Stand behind products you sell. Less than 1 hours warning lights were on and before day 3 the car would not start. The car has not been driven and sits unable to drive. I paid you $13,256.00. Please accept the return. Report with state consumer agency done.

Very poor and disappointing experience.

Very poor and disappointing experience. My son had his first dealership purchase and it was unfortunate that we went here. He found a decently priced Honda Accord and we drove it around the block, all seemed fine and we made the purchase. Then everything changed, the TPMS light came on before he left the lot and then it shifted irregularly when accelerated to about 50mph. He drove it back in and stated he'd like to cancel the purchase but the manager on site assured him that they would take a look and even send it to their "sister-site" Honda Marysville as maybe their mechanics may have overlooked something since they typically service Dodge/Jeeps. They then decided that since they took it for a ride that all was fine and refused to take a second look or send it to their Honda folks. We have Accords in our family and none have the same or similar shifting issue and since the car was sold "as-is" were not comfortable with their decision. At that point the only option given was my son had two days to pick another vehicle or he had to keep the questionable one because they were not willing to do anything else to alleviate his concerns with the transmission. The Accord was nearly half his annual salary and with a new car payment, he would not have additional funds for repairs. The available options for other used vehicles was pathetic but they refused to allow him to shop at their sister site that had multiple certified options to choose from. He then had to settle for a newer but stripped down more expensive vehicle because there were very few alternatives available. Very poor customer treatment, the dealer had the upper hand and strong-armed him into a decision on the day that neither the manager or salesperson was present. All my son wanted was to know that the original car he purchased was not going to have an issue but they refused to take the time and effort to address his concerns and make him confident in his purchase. The salesman threw shade at a dealer down the street for questionable integrity but seems like this place just wants to move vehicles more than provide a quality buying experience. Not to mention, the car he settled on had only one key fob and they refused to provide a second fob or floor mats. I highly recommend going elsewhere when looking for a new or used vehicle.
