It was a pleasure to deal with both Chad and Aaron. Although I didn't end up going through with the deal, the hangup was completely on my end. The team was extremely patient and accommodating with me, and tried their best finding a solution. The truck in question was in great condition and was honestly a gem, it just wasn't meant to be in this case. Although this dealership is far from me I will continue to keep an eye on their inventory, as it would be a pleasure to make a deal with them in the future.

Do Not Do Business Here , You Will Be Ripped Off . Agreed to 169.00 diagnostics check had my Truck for 6 months . After two months of excuses of why they hadn't gotten to it yet , I went to retrieve it , they had there hand out for 3,250.00 for WHAT ? So they held my truck hostage til I could pay them 3,250.00 for 169.00 diagnostics scan . Paid them the money because I had to have my truck made it 10 miles and broke down , doing same exact thing as when I took it in there . DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE , I'M WARNING YOU , I AM DISABLED AND THEY TOOK FULL ON ADVANTAGE OF THAT . So now I'm stuck owing 3,250.00 for something I still have to fix and still didn't receive a diagnostics check like we agreed UPON . JACKSON "JOKE" FORD FA-Q.
