There is not an attitude of service at this dealership.

There is not an attitude of service at this dealership. Our condensor went out in 90 degree weather and they initially just filled the air conditioner just a few weeks into owning the 2024 car. It went out again after two days and they decided it was the condenser after my husband demanded they thoroughly check it out. This was happening while I was planning my father's funeral! Our first courtesy car was a huge truck that was not convenient under the circumstances. Our second courtesy car was not allowed to leave the state. We had to spend hundreds of dollars on a rental for a previously planned trip to AL. We were without our car for 7 weeks, had to spend 100s of dollars, and were not even afforded the courtesy of a returned car that was cleaned and swept. We have bought multiple vehicles at Reichard and will not ever again.

Poor Choice for Service

A customer has expectations for good service/customer support when bringing a vehicle in for routine maintenance. Thing’s don’t always go well, but you should not be dismissed or patronized or need 3 trips to resolve issues.

This dealership sucks

They ripped my mother in law off. The car she was buying had a rat nest in the air filter and power steering leak and they refused to repair both. The mechanic she took it to said he will no longer refer customers to them. Don't go to this dealership because you will be ripped off.

Terrible Service

Terrible service department!! Technician before I dropped off my car yelling F this and F this. Cranky old guy in charge saying F ing right. I drop my car off early, then service advisor calls me up at 945am and says I can't work on your car because it is not clean enough for our technician!! Say what!!! Never again.. !! Pitiful..

Bought a Saturday Special. Cash Paid in Full. No Title given. Was told it would take up to 10 Business days to receive the Title. It has been 12 Days and Still No Title. Will Not be referring them.

Best Dealer I have ever worked with

I have been to a lot of different dealers in the area, and Reichard Chevy blows them all out of the water. Every department, service, sales, finance, they are all amazing. I worked with Johnny on getting my new Malibu, and I love this car. I came in and they weren't pushy on anything, and assisted me with what I already knew I wanted. They also got me an AMAZING financing deal. Furthermore, I was trading in 2 cars, and the owner drove me home to get the other car to bring back in the morning and finish the deal. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Even the salesman that I didn't work with were awesome to me. I will recommend everyone to buy from Reichard, and I will only buy from them from now on.
