Justin was amazing.

Justin was amazing. He worked very hard to find me financing and I am forever grateful he was very professional and nice. The air conditioning was out in their building but everybody stayed very positive and professional. It was amazing. Thank you again Justin you’re awesome.

Maggie Bollar is absolutely the very best!

Maggie Bollar is absolutely the very best! She went above and beyond in every aspect of my car buying experience. There are not enough good things I could say. Robert Whitaker was the icing on the cake. He also went way above and beyond. I will be recommending this dealership to everyone I know. If I ever need another car I will be back! They both deserve a raise and bonus!

It was my first car purchase, but Maggie helped me from

It was my first car purchase, but Maggie helped me from the scratch. Not to mention the car was better than I expected, the mindset to solve any issues was great and better than any other dealerships. Even though I wasn’t a big fan of Chevrolet, now I got good impression on it, and I am willing to buy a new car from them.

Staff is so helpful and they kept my appointment time. All repairs were completed in one appointment. Collin was great at explaining additional repairs I needed.

they tried to rip me off after they replaced a $70 part

they tried to rip me off after they replaced a $70 part for $500. wasn't installed properly and still leaked . when i took itback they wanted $3500 to fix. took to another service center and after tightening the filter properly the problem was solved. never again

I purchased a Honda Civic from this dealership back in

I purchased a Honda Civic from this dealership back in April, and was very pleased with my experience. I had a Civic previously, and the 2008 Civic they had on hand caught my eye, which was still under 100,000 miles despite its age, and was a decent price compared to other vehicles I had looked at. What made White-Allen stand out right away from the other cars I had inquired about at other dealerships was the video tour of the car I was sent. This was very helpful in giving me a first look at the vehicle and what it had to offer. I didn't have a working car at the time, and Dan Wenger was more than happy to pick me up for the test drive. He made the process of buying as quick and painless as possible. The financing officer, Justin, was also very helpful in explaining the terms and paperwork so that I could understand it. I am not an expert on purchasing vehicles by any means. The last time I did so from a dealership was in 2006. But all it took was the better part of an afternoon and I drove the car home that day. It's been a few months, and my only (very minor) issue with the vehicle is that the low tire pressure sensor seems to be a little overly sensitive. White-Allen would definitely be at the top of my list to buy a vehicle from again when the time comes.

Just bought a 2021 gmc Sierra from Vaughn at this

Just bought a 2021 gmc Sierra from Vaughn at this dealership. Traveled over 1300 miles to buy this pickup. It is a very nice pickup and runs great so far but the problem is i specifically asked if the vehicle had been smoked in and they straight up lied and said no it had not been. I didn’t smell the smoke at first when I bought the pickup so they did a good job at covering the odor of smoke for me to purchase the vehicle, however that wore off and it now has a strong smoke odor and I am stuck with trying to figure out how to try and get rid of this smell. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone especially those traveling long distance to buy a vehicle here. Dishonest salesman Vaughn is your typical salesman and I will be contacting his manager on the subject.

Thank you for reaching out. I did recieve a call and emails to get the the problem solved. However it did not solve the odor issue I do appreciate the efforts. Not sure what else we can do about the odor of smoke at this time but you did make effort to help with it so that I am thankful for.

Very Good Deal.

recently went to White Allen Chevrolet and purchased a used 2019 Dodge Challenger. my sales guy was Vaughn Tackett. very helpful and did a real good job in getting me the deal the way i needed it. Came up from Batavia Oh because the car at the price i paid were worth it. Thank you Vaughn and White Allen Chevrolet.
