Super easy and fast experience!

Tim was a pleasure to deal with! Made the transaction fast and easy....not the typical ‘spend 4 hours in the showroom’ type of deal! We highly recommend him and hope to refer some customers to him in the future!

Shopping for a used Cadillac SUV

Had a good selection of used Cadillacs. Tim was great, but dealership needs to give him more authority on closing the deal. To much running back and forth to the sales manager.

Buying experience with Tim and Dennis

This was my second purchase through Jeff Schmitt I recommend going to the Cadillac lot only to work with Tim and Dennis. They make it so fun and easygoing. Now trying to get my husband a truck.

Great experience

Shopped for a pre-owned Cadillac

New to me used car

Tim and the crew worked with me as I live 2.5hrs away and scheduling was a little cumbersome. They held the car once I told them I wanted it. Tim's style is very laid back and I never felt any pressure and he returned calls/texts on a very timely basis.

NOT IMPRESSED

In comparison to other Cadillac dealership, the quality of customer service and amenities are extremely poor. My cadillac was towed there on a Friday evening at 5:30p and I requested a loaner car just until Monday morning and the representative stated he couldn't provide one because the timeframe would exceed there 3 day policy and also I had to be getting a more expensive service i.e. transmission repair or engine repair. I didn't received one car from the representative providing the status on my car, I had to call each time. I was told I would receive a call when the service was complete and no call. I went to pick my car up Tuesday morning hoping it was complete and the cost was a little less than $330 and I provided the representative my credit card and he asked if I needed to split it between two cards, I'm not sure why. Maybe I didn't look like I could have $300 available on one card. I asked for military discount and again they only provided it if your spending more money. LOL And last but not least, they didn't even wash or vacuum my car even though they ask me Friday and I said yes. The representative tried to use the excuse that their power was out the night before, however, I asked him when I first came in to pickup my car if it had been washed and he responded yes but said he hadn't seen it with his own eyes. At that point he should've went to check and since it hadn't been it could've gotten started while I was handling my bill. However, he chose to wait until he pulled my car around and try to apologize and ask if I wanted him to bring it back in to be wash. NOT impressed at all with the service. They seem to be focused on money so much when they need to improve the quality of service.

New (To me!) Toyota 😁

I dread going to dealerships. DREAD. Imagine my surprise when I left in a new vehicle, and I wasn't in tears, and I had no buyers remorse! The process was easy peasy, the people were great, and Tim put me at ease right away. He is laid back, not intimidating, and easy to work with. He was funny, and just kept the whole thing lighthearted. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking to buy a vehicle!
