I bought a town and country from there and they lied on the loan documents and implied certain things were free, but they weren't. The van went in the first week as the a/c was not working. Here week 2 it has to go back in as the back brakes are making noises and there is a whine/groan coming from the engine. They said they'd clean up the car upon delivery when all they did was run it through a car wash. There was still dust everywhere inside as well as dead bugs on the dash board. This is complete crap. I am still awaiting a call from Mr. Tobey from Tobey auto group as I asked the manager Rich to have this done.

We bought a 2016 Ram 1500 after my wife had been in a bad accident with our 2006 Ram. We were using our insurance check for a big part of the payment and the bank puts a 10 day hold on all insurance checks. Alex, David and Bob knew our situation and let us have the truck even thought they were aware of the the 10 day hold on the check, I cannot say enough about how well we were treated by them. They made a very stressful situation and turned it into a very pleasant experience. The owner even stopped by and listened to our story and was genuinely interested and ensured us that we would be taken care of. What a great place to buy a truck. Customers for life.

This was our first lease purchase experience. Our salesperson, Dave Tackett, was very knowledgeable in explaining the lease process in a way we could understand it. He was courteous and worked patiently with us getting us a good deal on our purchase. We certainly can recommend Key Chrysler to anyone considering buying/leasing a vehicle..

I have dealt with Jeff Hendrickson since 1996 and have purchased multiple Jeeps from him. He has always been very patient and accommodating and has always gone out of his way to get me what I want and at the best price.

I would recommend Key Chrysler to anyone that is thinking about purchasing a new or used vehicle. The salesman do everything possible to get you in a vehicle of your choice.... The staff is friendly and extremely helpful...Stop by and see them you want be disappointed..

Dwayne Cornett of Key Chrysler in Xenia has always given me as much attention as I need to answer questions regarding a new vehicle purchase or follow up on the Ram truck or Jeep Grand Cherokee that I already own. His help in custom ordering or finding the right vehicle on their lot makes new/used car buying a pleasure. If Key doesn't have what I want locally he can find it fast through the computer system. Product knowledge is something other dealers struggle with but Dwayne has that as well. When I ordered my Ram truck in 2015 there was no looking on computers, digging through brochures or asking "The manager" for info he had the answers to my questions almost before I asked. The other sales personnel are friendly as well. I never had one try to take away another's sale which is often a problem with commission selling. Our family has bought 9 vehicles from Key, everything from 4cyl to 10. Currently we have 3 in the driveway. I have used the service dept. to either drop off or pickup, both are convenient. My wife and daughter feel confident to drop off and or wait for service and not be pressured into add on sales. Great family atmosphere. For the past 15 years I have seen the same financial guy ( Bob ) & sales guy( Dwayne).it's nice to see the same faces year to year. I am always confident when walking I'm getting the best deal in the Miami Valley. I actually can get a GM discount, but I like this dealership more than any savings I can get driving a GM vehicle. I actually purchased my first used car off the Key website, the car was as described....perfect, thanks Alex

I was looking for a pre-owned Jeep Cherokee that was Certified and in great shape. On Autotrader I found a color combination I really liked that I could not find anywhere else (white with tan leather - most have black interiors.) It looked good on the screen so I called and spoke to Dwayne who was very helpful in describing the car to me. He even took a video of some key areas for me so I could get a closer look. Key is about 65 miles from my home in Dublin, so this was very helpful since I couldn't just drop in to see it. Given the distance we worked most of the deal over the phone and agreed on a price before I came to see it. I came out a day later and drove it and liked what I saw. It needed an alignment so they worked with me to get the job done at my local Jeep dealer, which was helpful and appreciated. Dwayne made sure it was clean and well presented for the delivery. Overall this was a very low-stress purchase. They treated me well and I was able to complete the sale with minimal fuss.
