My last car buying experience wasn’t great, so honestly, I was not looking forward to the process, but Marc and his team changed my mind about car salesmen. He was very knowledgeable, provided peace of mind when I had concerns, and he was very accommodating. It was the best experience I’ve had at any dealership. The entire process was smooth and low pressure, everybody we talked to was friendly and helpful, and their facility was wonderful. They also had a massive inventory of vehicles to choose from. Nick was great to work with. Easy going no hassle sales process, dealt with a few back/forths and even us waffling on the purchase in the last minutes. He was so patient and just wanted to be helpful, and was prompt with follow ups as he said he would be. Nick also very knowledgeable about the vehicles and all related processes, and even took time to explain contractual things as necessary. Not to mention he just seems like a really genuine and nice guy. Everybody in the business should try to be just like him.

I was in a head on collision when a teen driver failed to yield and my f-150 was a total loss. I went to Peak Kia in Littleton, where I met Brian Overton, Sean Simpson, and Marc Messier. This is the A-Team of financing and customer service. I was able to get a badass f-150 King Ranch someone had traded in a few days earlier. This is a VERY nice truck. Even if you don’t buy a brand new KIA they have an awesome inventory of pre-owned vehicles to meet anyone’s needs! Truly grateful for the help I receive from those three guys in particular. Highly recommend these guys and this dealership, you might be surprised at what you can get into. I know I was beyond excited when they told me I was approved for that truck! Peak KIA, it’s a great idea! Just like the commercial says!!!

Marc was helpful and informative in the process as we looked at Kia for the first time. These days you’ve probably watched a million YouTube videos on the car you’re thinking of purchasing before you go in, and Marc really knew his stuff, can’t say the same for his competition. Saw him three times before we pulled the trigger and he was great at following up and keeping us in mind when a good option came up that fit our needs. Did we get a fair price, yeah I think so, did they make money on the deal, yeah probably. Good experience.

Marc Messier - Peak Kia. My husband and I recently made a new car purchase at Peak Kia. After extensive research, we were ready to buy an EV. After contacting a few dealerships, we arrived at Peak Kia. Marc had the vehicle that we were interested in out and ready to go. He took the time to listen and answer our questions. There was zero pressure to buy but Marc took the initiative to find us the best deal, get us all the rebates and even got a Veteran discount (Marc is a Veteran himself). This dealership had lots of vehicles to choose from. Nick was very helpful in explaining the process to me as well as going out of his way to search for an insurance rate that’ still allowed me to leave with the vehicle I liked. I had helpful and friendly service from Nick Smith, he took care of what I needed to trade in my Nissan truck for a new Kia Telluride. I went in to just look and a short time later the same day I left my truck and took home my family’s new Telluride. Nick made the process easy and relaxed, but also exciting showing me a new Telluride that could be mine that was right off of the delivery truck. I have been taking my 2017 Kia Niro (now on 108K miles) here since it was purchased new and have always received excellent and responsive service. The team is great; very friendly, helpful, and always going that extra bit to make sure my car and I are all set every time. The service waiting room is also really comfy (fireplace, massage chairs, coffee, etc.) with super fast wi-fi, so, I work while I wait and it's better than an office. Thanks!
