Poor customer service ...take it or leave it attitude ...they tried to get me into a overpriced apr that was ridiculous ... Poor mechanical inspection on there vehicles ...they will lie to you

wanted to buy a 2021 Honda Accord Sport SE from this dealer. It has been on their lot for 191 days per their listing. the price was $24,391 USD. VIN 1HGCV1F46MA121485. I offered $22,000 cash plus tax and license, and was turned down lol the manager said he could take it to another lot and sell it quickly. Their customer service is less than good. good luck selling at that price, since it has been listed for 191 days.

Very disappointing!!! Service department misled us about time it would take to diagnose. We were told 1.5 hours and 4.5 hours later learned a wire under drivers seat came unclipped. Pretty sad customer service and knowledge of the vehicles. Followed up with a phone call as the manager seemed to be too busy to speak with me in person and as we left we were told he should be back from lunch break anytime. I will sell vehicle to never deal with these losers again.

In all the years I have bought cars. This by far was the best experience from start to finish. My Salesperson was professional and nice. Very easy to work with. Love working with the Ladies at Berthod. It literally took 2 hours to get me into my 2017 Volvo S60 Turbo. I traded my car and got a trade in value that helped to get me into the most awesome Volvo. I will recommend to friends and family for sure.

Adam made trading in my old car for a new one so easy and it was the exact car I was looking for. He figured everything up for me so when I showed up I was able to test drive it and all I had left to do was to sign on the new car!

Berthod Motors sold us a brand new Jeep with headlights that are so dim that they are dangerous at night. They cannot fix them, and they cannot offer any solutions or offer any suggestions that they will stand behind as to after market bulbs or light assemblies. Don’t buy from Berthod or you will be caught in the dark. Let Berthod Buyers Beware!
