We went to Adams Jeep to purchase our 4th Jeep Wrangler and that was where we met Scott. He approached us immediately to determine our interests and walked us around the lot to find the Jeep that met our needs. We felt no pressure to purchase the vehicle from Scott and he showed us a few other Jeeps in colors we hadn't considered at first. In our mind, we wanted a certain color, but once we saw a Jeep on the lot that was a different color and had a better soft top than my 2014 Wrangler, we were interested. Scott worked with us on the price and was extremely patient when answering my many questions regarding the finance and insurance process before we could take ownership of the vehicle. Once a price was agreed upon (which didn't take long since you know you are getting the best deal possible at Adams Jeep), the car was available for pick up that evening. Upon arrival, the Jeep Wrangler was waiting for us in the front of the parking lot, fully detailed, and ready to drive off the lot. Scott took his time, going over the paperwork, and the vehicle to make sure we understood everything we spoke about on the phone. Everything was ready for us when we walked in the building and we no time was wasted. At Adams Jeep, you don't feel like you are sitting around waiting. Instead, the process is thoroughly organized and the process runs smoothly. Although we dealt with Scott for the bulk of the transaction, everyone working that evening (and the one when we went to look at the Jeep) interacted with us, all talking and joking around. It is definitely a family atmosphere at Adams Jeep. With the help of Scott and Wayne, the process was painless and we will be back when it's time to purchase our 5th Jeep...which could be sooner than we think since we have a future driver in the house. Mike Davidson assisted us with signing the financing papers and was patient when we asked questions about the documents. He always had a smile on his face, chatted about other things, and felt like we were just hanging out with an old friend. Mike has been at Adams for quite some time because he's been the finance department ever since we bought our Jeeps from Adams and it's evident that he cares about the customers and wants to make sure they walk out fully understanding the financing, taxes and tags papers signed. I recently worked with Adams Jeep in MD to custom order a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with a special AEV build package. Process was unusual as I was ordering from the UK in advance of our move back to the States and because I wanted a special AEV package only offered through the factory in Detroit. Throughout the process everyone at Adams, and Keith in particular, were amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable in both standard and custom builds, and worked within my constraints seamlessly to make a complex order seem routine. Keith was extremely responsive to my questions and consistently provided updates and status. He worked directly with AEV to ensure my order was completed to my exact specifications and even assisted with coordination and installation of 3rd party parts I had delivered directly to the dealership. Adams even even kept my Jeep indoors at their facility when it arrived several weeks earlier than planned. I highly recommend Adams for anyone considering buying a Jeep.

Service department said they would program a new key for my Cherokee, and then ended up charging me $200 without a call notifying me of the charges. I bought two brand new jeeps from them, and then they continue to be crooks and make unreasonable charges against you.

With a second teen about to get her driver's license, I was in the market for a third vehicle for myself. I had perused countless websites for used Wranglers and found Adam's Jeep through cars.com. I viewed their inventory and was impressed with their selection of used and new customized Wranglers. I emailed Keith Cook about a particular vehicle and received a quick response. Keith included a vehicle history report at my request. Despite some negative information on the report, the following day the wife and I drove the 40+ miles from out of state to look at their inventory. We were not disappointed. We met with Keith and Keith recalled my email from the previous day. Keith showed us the Wrangler I inquired about and several others within the same price range. Keith did not pressure us into buying any vehicle. Keith took his time to teach us about Wranglers and what to look for when buying used Wranglers from Adam's Jeep or another dealer. Keith's knowledge of Wranglers was impressive. We could have selected a stock Wrangler from a dealer in our home state. We chose to buy from Adam's Jeep. Wranglers have a high resale value so prepare accordingly. Adam's Jeep prices were/are competitive with dealers in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Delaware. The Wrangler we chose was in the high end of our budget, but Keith was willing to work with us. Considering all the accessories and upgrades that came with the vehicle, we were offered a good price. It would have cost us thousands to equip a similar stock Wrangler. Usually the worst part of buying a vehicle is the paperwork. We did not experience this at Adam's Jeep. There were no delays and stall tactics that we've experience with other dealers. Everyone was friendly, professional and courteous. There was no pressure to buy any additional warranties or service. When we declined, we were not countered with reasons to change our minds. We've purchased vehicles from out of state before and registration has always been an issue. In our experience, there has always been an issue with taxes or delayed paperwork. This was not so with Adam's Jeep. We were advised that a registration packet would be mailed to us. I followed up with Keith a week later via email. Keith replied within minutes and referred me to Jen. I called Jen and found her to be friendly and helpful. Jen assured me that the packet would be sent shortly. I received the packet and brought the vehicle to my State DMV. The vehicle was registered and tagged in my home state within three weeks. We've never experienced a more seamless car buying experience than at Adam's Jeep. This is how car buying should be done. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional without being ingratiating to make a sale. The next time we are in the market for another Jeep, we will be going to Adam's Jeep.

I am a 16 year old boy who just wanted a jeep. We were on our way to buy a car that seemed suitable enough for my first car when my dad mentioned to stop by Adams jeep dealer just incase to make sure that this car was the one. We found Keith Cook to help us look. We have never learned more about jeeps in our life, and it was obvious that Keith was only there to help. He did not try to sway our choice for his benefit, he was only worried about what was best for us. Thanks to Keith and all of his help we bought this brand new jeep that I couldn't be happier with. My dad still says that if it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have bought the jeep. So thanks Keith, I couldn't be happier with my brand new jeep.

They are so friendly there it is unreal, when i walked into their showroom everyone that worked their greeted me and had no issue helping me with what i was looking for. I couldn't thank Keith & Wayne enough for all their hardwork yesterday, they were nothing but patient with me and they were willing to help me get the jeep that i wanted and i absolutely love it. Wayne, thank you for sitting on the phone for an hour on your day off just to get the bank to approve , i really appreciate it. And keith, thank you for showing me everything that i need to know about the jeep, and showing me all the controls and helping me with the NAV system. Im proud to say that i bought my very first jeep from Adams & I will keep coming back to them in the years to come when my family looks for another vehicle. Found a used SUV on their internet site. Called internet sales manager Keith Cook, left a message and he called back within 5 minutes. Came in to look a the vehicle, it was parked right out in front. Took a test ride with Keith, no pressure and very friendly and courteus. Looked over the vehicle after the test drive and found two minor loose plastic items, they were fixed as we were purchasing the vehicle. Got a fair price and the process was very smooth! I can not say enough good things about my buying experience. I have been looking for a Jeep for while now, I truly do not like going to the dealers and looking at a vehicle then the back and forward stuff. I sent a request to Adams Jeep within 30 min I received a call back from Keith Cook Internet Sales Manager needless to say the deal was done within and hour. I went there singed the paper work and there where no hidden anything the price giving on the phone was the price, no finance person trying to sell me additional stuff, it was the best experience I have ever had.
