An overdue review for a great experience with Jake in service. While out of town I purchased a used car off a family member and brought in my 2017 RAV to be looked over prior to the drive to VA. Jake was very communicative on all needs and the time it took to push me out was amazing! I’m not used to this speed at my home dealer. The dealership itself is also very pleasant to wait. They have a few vintage cars in the lobby. Also a.new customer cannot overlook all the corporate awards they have received year after year. They are displayed prominently in the lobby.Every staff I came into contact with smiled and made sure I was being taken care of. Muncie has a gem for sure in their Toyota dealer. I wish I lived in state just to be a regular customer. Thank you for your passion to serve every customer, not just local.

I looked for weeks for a 4Runner and dealt with countless dealerships who said o e thing and done another, several bait and switch happened, only Toyota of Muncie just did what I asked, no xx, no trickery, and guess what? I bought from them…and will continue to buy from them….thank you so much, my family loves the new 4Runner.

Just bought my 2nd 4 runner from Muncie Toyita. Very happy with the car and the dealership is awesome!!

Bought a 2023 sportage here which was pre certified. Thought we could trust to take on vacation but we left for vacation and had to replace the rear brakes and rotors at 28000 miles to me it evidently didn’t go through an inspection to be a pre certified vehicle it cost me 330 dollars to replace the brakes and rotors and half a day of vacation at a garage I definitely don’t recommend their pre certified vehicles

Nick Greene was extremely helpful with an issue I had with my 2022 Toyota Camry. He acknowledged my feelings and helped find a way to make my situation doable and he did it with ease.
