Buying a New Car

We have worked with Rick Ebert for a number of years. He has provided a wealth of information and has great customer service skills. You are always greeted with a smile and a handshake. He is one of the reasons we continue to purchase vehicles from Briggs. We would highly recommend Rick to meet your vehicle needs. In addition Briggs has a hard working service team and always strives to meet or exceeds our expectations. Rick and the service personnel definitly go the extra mile for the customer.

I purchased a vehicle a couple of months ago from a saleman that is no longer at Briggs. I stopped by the other day with some questions and needing to order a new mirror. I was taken care of by Nick thede, Richie Mulanax, and then Rick Ebert. All of them helped me out and got me squared away. Easy and Friendly!!!

Great Salespeople and Service Dept.

Rick Ebert is the man! Great Salesperson. Great to work with. This will be a long term working relationship for my vehicles. All the guys in the service dept and parts dept get the job done!

buy cars at salvage sales

They buy there used cars from a insurance sale in colorado where all the cars have been wrecked or totaled, so BEWARE

If you want to be lied to...

I truly hope my experience was a unique one, but I doubt it is. I was shopping for a very specific type of used car and had noticed one on their website that I was very interested in. Upon visiting their lot that the listing had indicated, I couldn't find that car. The first salesman I asked told me it was in transit FROM Lawrence. The second told me it was probably sold. The third told me it was probably in transit TO Lawrence. The fourth - and final - made an attempt to locate the car but really had no idea how to do that. At least he tried!!! For your own sake, do not shop with Briggs!

We're very disappointed to hear about your bad experience with our staff. Being unfamiliar with the vehicle and salespersons you worked with, I'm unable to offer any resolution to the problem, I can only offer apologies. My best guess is simply that the vehicle of interest was indeed in transit from one of our stores to another, but that is hardly an excuse for the several mishandles of your situation by several of our employees. We will talk to our sales staff about this issue and attempt to put a better procedure in place offering employees more transparency with regard to the location of vehicles (especially those in transit). Again, so sorry we let you down. Thank you for the feedback and offering us an opportunity to improve our service.

Does not want sell cars

I recently called to inquire about a vehicle. I called the 800 # and got no answer this was on a monday at 9 am. I then tried later and got through. I was connected to a salesman after a long wait on hold. I then asked the salesmen if they were motivated to sell the vehicle I was looking at and he said no, they only have had it for 4 days. I hung up the phone and called later to see if I could get someone else, I asked to not speak with the gentlemen I had spoken with, so they gave me to someone else. I asked him if they were ready to deal and offered a price, and he said he would review it and get back with me in 10 min. It's the next day now and I still have not heard from them. Very poor customer service. I will not be calling them back.
