A Lifesaver When I Needed It Most I cannot say enough wonderful things about Doug and this dealership. I was traveling alone from Ohio when my car broke down in Virginia, and as a woman far from home, I felt incredibly vulnerable and helpless. Doug treated me with such kindness and respect from the moment I walked in. He patiently walked me through all my options without any pressure, taking the time to understand my situation and needs. When he learned that I don't drive at night, he went above and beyond by arranging to have my new Nissan Rogue delivered directly to where I was staying. This level of care and customer service is rare and truly exceptional. Doug turned what could have been a stressful and frightening experience into a positive one. He made me feel heard, respected, and taken care of during a difficult moment. I'm now back home in Ohio, absolutely loving my new Rogue, and I have Doug to thank for making this unexpected situation so much easier. If you're looking for honest, compassionate service and someone who genuinely cares about helping people, ask for Doug. He's a credit to this dealership and restored my faith in customer service.

My husband told the service department to check the

My husband told the service department to check the tires’ air pressure. They did not. They should have. Any time a vehicle is serviced, this should be done, especially when a customer requests it specifically. Other than that, it was good work.

Every time I come in for an Oil Change and Tire rotation

Every time I come in for an Oil Change and Tire rotation it takes2 hours or more. I have done oil changes-it does not take that long. When I added a State Inspection I was 3 hours. I simply do not understand why nor do I have that kinda time. I will have to go elsewhere.

Jorge Smith by the time we were introduced to Jorge, it

Jorge Smith by the time we were introduced to Jorge, it was well past closing time. We didn’t arrive at the dealership until late afternoon as we were checking out other brands of SUV’s in Winchester. Jorge sat patiently at his desk while our sales consultant and manager were successfully doing their jobs in making the sale. He is a veteran in working in finance and does his duties in an expedient and friendly manner. Customers usually are not as comfortable with the finance part of purchasing expensive items. We found Jorge had a wonderful personality and made this part of the buying process soooo easy. Thanks, Jorge
