Jim Fuchs went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted. He helped us order our new truck and I have never known anyone that knows all of the different order packages. He actually will return your call.

Drove 2 hours to this dealership only to be treated like I didn’t know what I was doing. The vehicle was a service vehicle with over 7500 miles. I asked to see the service records and salesman responded there were none. After test driving I asked about the brakes and tires. Salesman responded vehicle only had 7500 miles I shouldn’t have any problems., vehicle just needed to be driven. Salesman was rude and dismissive, I asked for a manager. I was told there was nothing the manager could do. Sure enough after waiting 15 minutes for the salesman to get the manager they both come back and the manager says there’s nothing he can do. I’ve never had a car buying experience like this, it was very disappointing. I wonder if the owner of this dealership knows how customers are treated. The kicker was what the salesman said to the other salesman as my daughter and I were leaving. This entire experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth about this dealership. The sad thing is we really liked the car and I was prepared to buy it. If you’re really not in the mood to sell a car after 6:30 PM, let the customer know and they won’t drive two hours to see the vehicle. All people should be treated with respect in the car buying process. The fact that you are a female should play no role in the way you are treated, I hope that’s all it was the fact that I was a female. From the reviews I’ve read there appear to be some good salespeople at this dealership, my salesman is not one of them. I would not recommend Dave

Jim Fuchs was a very professional individual to deal with. He went above and beyond even after the sale of my truck was complete. I highly recommend him and appreciate all the effort he put forth!

Been trying to buy a new truck from them, and man they really like to play games with the price. Just when you think you can get a good deal they'll jump the price $750 or more. I didn't get it, few to moving the price higher!

Jim was the salesman, and he was very helpful,by bringing up several different models on the computer,describing each model. Took 3 out for test drive.
