20,000 Mile Service

Had the required 20,000 mile service performed on my Charger. Service Advisor Zack took care of my service. Had all the work done on time as he said he would. All the work was done correctly. Shuttle service was excellent, also. Initial estimate was about $100 less than when I dropped it off, which Zack apologized for and said he didn't know why their system was off, but that he would get it fixed.

Customer

I had my oil changed on Friday July 26th. I have had all my oil changes done with Grand Junction Chrysler since I bought my Chrysler Pacifica new in 2008. I drove home approx 6 miles. Saturday?the next day I checked the cardboard that I park on because I have a small oil leak and it had 3 small dots of oil like it usually did?nothing else. I got on the Interstate and it started chiming rapidly with the hot light on. Pulled over and it had no water at all in the reservoir. Also 1 low tire pressure and the window washer fluid was empty. I would think these things would be checked with an oil change. I hope I didn't damage my car driving it without water in it. I was not having any issue with overheating before I took it in for the oil change. I have it in a repair shop now that I trust. I will not be taking my car there again.

Have had nothing but outstanding service from this dealership. I did not purchase my vehicle here but that has never been a problem getting service work done. Their prices are competitive with other shops in town.

Great buying experience!

Great service! Scott worked very hard to get us the numbers we were looking for. We managed to work most of the numbers before I even got there so I was in and out very quickly. They were very fair with trade in and gave top dollar for our trade in. Greg in finance was great also quickly got us in and out of finance. All questions and concerns were answered full and clearly. Great work guys we will be coming back.

Wonderful experience

Could not have imagined a better process for trading in my old truck and driving out in a new one. Great people. Easiest buying experience I have ever had. Miguel Lancheros and the entire staff were excellent

I was very disappointed in a lack of customer service on have I service work done at your dealership. I called the scheduled appointment I reviewed the timeframe needed they did add recall items to list which I appreciated they never did adjust the time period. I dropped off the vehicle the night before I schedule time for a pick up. I called prior to going to the dealership I was told the bagel should be done within an hour. I found a ride with children will pick up my vehicle I was told to wait in the waiting Room and waited 15 minutes contacted the service person I was told the bagel still was not done and it could be a while. I asked when the dealership close they said at 5:30 I had already been at your service waiting Room since 215 left at 2:45 I returned at 4:30 The same day when I returned after finding 2nd ride the vehicle still was not ready. I did not leave your dealership until 530 after all day of miscommunication lack of communication and lack of care by the service person contacted from text messages email. The service representatives at the dealership were kind and courteous but not thorough. The phone representative did not give a rat's a**. I appreciate the recall work that was done.

Service review

Warranty service was handled on time and very courteously. The service department got us a loaner car for the day and kept us up to date on the repairs.
