This Ram dealer service department is the example for others to emulate. From the time Tyler does the intake of your vehicle to when it is returned you know you are in great hands. I’ve observed him be more than transactional with customers. He invests into his customers- knowing little parts of their lives like kids, jobs and the like. Having a diesel, John Martin is my go to tech for work. The details matter with him like wiping oil off the pan after a change, putting the seat and mirror back where I had it. It is not a “it’ll dry in a while” or “figure it out” attitude with him. All in all, these two put pride in their work and with helping customers and that is not seen in other places.

I dealt with Carlos and he was the one who made it an excellent experience. Because I was out of town buying a car, Carlos worked with me closely, answered my calls even on his day off, worked to help me get a better price and drove for 4-5 hours to deliver the car to me. I can't speak for the rest of the dealership, I won't have my car serviced there but Carlos made the buying experience one of the best car purchases I have ever had. And I have bought Many cars.
