Didn’t try to do the whole salesman thing. I appreciated it. Tried to get me a car and it worked.

She was polite and very knowledgeable about the outback and limited. She answered all my questions and was quick to point out what each car offered. This was my first Subaru and Susan was very patient with all my questions and concerns. This was the best experience I have every had at a card dealership!! Her assistant was equally knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle!

The best car purchase experience EVER! We were so impressed with everyone with whom we met at Annapolis Subaru and the transaction that we are still talking about it. Previously had not planned to service our new Subaru Forester Wilderness there as we have dealerships much closer but, after our experience there, we have decided to service it there too. My husband says his next car will definitely be purchased there. No pressure whatsoever to purchase and we felt Iike we were more than acquaintances by the time we left. Absolutely awesome experience. Highly recommend!!!

We had an excellent experience with the purchase of a new vehicle from this dealer. In particular, Clif Wiggins handled our purchase from beginning to end and he was tremendous. We ordered a new Forester Hybrid and it took about 8 weeks to arrive. Clif kept us informed all along the way and was very responsive to my many questions about tariffs etc. He didn't give us a high pressure sales posture and was very accommodating. Very much appreciated and he made the whole process as enjoyable as possible. The facility is very clean and professional looking. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.
