It started with quick and efficient online appointment scheduling--followed by a fast and friendly arrival at the service facility--followed by being kept informed during the service work--and capped off by getting back behind the wheel of my freshly washed and vacuumed XC60!

Issue is NOT fixed and now has to go back in the shop for
