Service philosophy is kick the can down the road. We had a problem where we took our vehicle in 4 times under warranty. We were blown off all 4 times. When the $4000 computer chip repair finally came around due to this problem, it was out of warranty and we were told it was now our problem and they couldn't help.

Jane was awesome. There was no pressure, she took the time to answer all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the Jeep products. I truly appreciated her helpfulness and not being pushy. I had left other dealerships that were too pushy.

He is able to answer all questions, and he does not pressure to buy. I had gone to 2 other dealerships after my initial visit with Jammie, and I went back to John Hoffer because of his professionalism.

When we were looking for a preowned car we decided to go to Hoffers because we were looking for a 300 my wife found the one she liked so we paid extra for a few options, after they had completed the work we went to pick up the car my wife drove the car home when she arrived home she stated there was something going on with the steering the next day she drove the car back to the dealership and explained to them her concerns they had one of the certified mechanics check the car out and stated there were no problems with the car. She made a second attempt at having them figure out what was wrong with the steering same results. So a little time goes by and we receive a letter in the mail there had been a recall on the electronic steering that was not revealed to us by the dealership but according to the date of the recall they had to have known. We paid cash for the car and were treated poorly. I would not recommend nor will I ever buy a car from John Hoffer again.

What a pleasant day to buy a new Jeep! John Hoffer still knows how to give personal service. Jeff, my salesman was super. They had to go to Texas to pick up the model I wanted, and they did that with no hassle. Ordered new matts from them, and Jeff even installed them for me. Mr. Hoffer gave me a nice cup and thanked me for the purchase. Now...how can you beat all this. AND, I love my new Jeep.

What an excellent experience at John Hoffer Chrysler Jeep! Both my immediate family and extended family have bought vehicles from here over the years, but this was my first experience with them. The professionalism extended from Marlon the salesperson to Kevin the manager was wonderful. They made purchasing my Jeep almost as easy as buying a pair of shoes. There were some minor issues with the Jeep Grand Cherokee that they happily repaired as a condition of purchase. Definitely recommend with high regards!
